Cut through the tent

You decide to take a gamble and cut through the tent. Navigating to the far side of the tent, you place Petra against a support pole before getting to work. After a minute or so, you manage to carve away enough of the tough hide that it makes a hole for you to crawl out.

“Alright Petra, I’ll send ye first.” You say picking her up. Gingerly you help Petra and thankfully her small gnomish body easily gets through to the other side. Climbing through yourself is tight but you manage to clamber through the opening.

On the other side you take a cautionary glance about the area. You find yourself atop a hill that looks down on part of this orcish encampment. Between you and freedom are a couple rows of smaller tents and a crude wooden palisade. The palisade is guarded by orcs and you also spot the occasional figure wandering between the tents.
