Adjusting to new houseguests

Camila was shocked when her daughter Luz finally returned from the Demon Realm. Even more surprised that she was accompanied by four friends from there with no way back.

It was a big adjustment, and a stressful one at that. Dealing with everyone’s magical abilities and their magic animal companions (apparently they were called palisman). It was causing her hair to start going grey.

And then there was the fact that Luz’s friends all seemed to have a crush on Camila, often blushing around her and staring way too long. Even Luz’s girlfriend Amity was stealing glances at Camila when she thought no one else was looking.

But Camila was glad her daughter finally had friends. Even if they made her life much more chaotic.
