We enter my room.

I let the girls in. As they enter, something doesn’t feel right. I close the door, locking it. I take a deep breath in, a scent fills my nose.

The girls are lying about their age. I know this because vampires have different natures, mine detects lifestyles and health of humans. Casey and Kelly smell like underaged girls.

“Okay girls, I know a liar when I meet one, or two. Spill the beans and tell me your ACTUAL ages.” I growl.

“Okay. I am 16, Kelly is 17. Kelly is becoming 18 next month-” Casey hastily mumbles. I raise my eyebrow.

“So you lied to get in here and my room so you can get your fix? Do your parents know you two are here?” I question them.

Kelly whimpers. “Please, don’t get angry! We told our parents we are going to a party. We have been vampire fanatics since we were little kids. Twilight and The Vampire Diaries have influenced us in our decision.”

“So you two really want to be bitten because of some actors on a screen peaking your interests? (Sigh) Fine. I’ll get George to call your parents for clarification purposes. I’ll tell them that I am a friend and are letting you two stay for the night because your phone died.” I concede. I text to George about what happened. He texts back saying he will get it under control.

The girls look at me with puppy eyes. They look ready.

George texts back. “The parents are happy their kids are safe. I told them you are a vampire, and they weren’t angry. They want their kids back home alive. They are giving you permission to feed on their girls.”
