Chapter 2 by Jimdeanbean

Who are you?

Kevin, a fortunate young man

Kevin recently graduated high school at age 18. He had good grades, especially in math and science. He was somewhat athletic and had done well at wrestling and track. The main thing that propelled his athletics and academics was that he was tough. Even when he wasn't the smartest, swiftest, or strongest, he would keep going until got it done. His sister, Kennedy, had graduated a few years ago and was now 23. She was a tall dirty blonde who had also done well at sports. Since school, she had spent her days working on her art and spending evenings out with friends, and had started to soften and thicken slightly but it made her even more attractive. She was no scholar and didn't seldom had the urge to stick to a problem outside of her art. She was a writer and artist. She wrote stories and poems and made digital art to accompany them. She was known to partake in the occasional overindulgence in substances and act out but it was not a major problem. She had found a small market for her art, but had not established herself well enough to leave her parent's support.

Their parents were loving and doted on both of them in different ways. Their mother, Dottie, was much like Kennedy. She had left home on her 18th birthday and gotten her GED, but it didn't matter. She was a musician. She had learned classic violin as a child at her father's demand, but later on her own, found out how to adapt that into what may be better described as fiddle music, widening her opportunities. She had found a young college student, three years her senior, as soon as she left home on a bus as he was going home for the holidays. His name was Harold and he was determined to become a lawyer. His family had various businesses and financial firms. His older brother was a lawyer for their business, but he wanted to become a lawyer and work his way to the top of a firm on his own. Dottie was quickly charmed and accepted his invitation to join the holiday festivities at his family home. She was living with him when he returned to school in Michigan. She had really lucked out and Harold had fallen head over heels for Dottie. They had a beautiful marriage and two beautiful children who had inherited their most apparent traits. They had a very nice home where Harold had made partner at a local law firm. They had a maid named Gloria who came from Brazil as a child to keep their house in order.

But. . .
