Tough choices, and tougher explainations

Well, crap. None of these options are really all that good. Hot as Hell sounds good, except for the fact that I rather doubt Evelyn wants to be turned into a non-stop baby factory, and Mood Boobs sounds like it would get expensive, since if I'm reading it right, getting turned on will make her tits bigger and more sensitive, and being more sensitive would mean she would get turned on more, meaning eventually they would just get so big they would destroy anything she was wearing. I'm a little surprised to see Gainaxing again, but even that one is pretty risky, since I could easily see it being humiliating for her.

I just stand there looking over the options, trying to make a decision, when I hear a familiar voice say "Better hurry, onii-chan." My head snaps up, and I see Evelyn sitting there, her eyes still blank and glassy, but her mouth is quirked up in a mischevious smile. "I can't keep her like this forever, and if you don't pick one, then we'll just give her all three."

"Oh come on, each of these runs the risk of ruining her life in some way, I can't do that to her! Can't you make an exception this time?"

Evelyn's head shakes, "She shouldn't have taken away your phone."

"And I shouldn't have had it out in the first place, it's as much my fault as hers!" I respond, getting a little angry.

She pauses for a moment, then cocks her head to the side a little and says "You're a really nice guy, onii-chan. Not many nice guys get picked to get this app. Hmmm," she thinks for a minute, then starts gently bouncing Evelyn's shoulders up and down, continuing "I probably shouldn't tell you this, but would it make you feel better to know that one of those options is one she will actually enjoy? Though it will take quite a bit before she'll admit it," she then gives me a wink.

I look back at my options. Well, Gainaxing is the mildest one available, and I think that's the one she's hinting at, so I go ahead and select it. I look back up and see Kurumu make a kissy face towards me with Evelyn's mouth before Evelyn seems to take back over and shake her head for a second. She then looks up at me with a very serious, borderline furious expression and says "I want an explanation. Now."

I take a deep breath and sit down across from her, and begin with "All right, but you aren't going to believe me," I then give a brief recounting of what happened last night, though I hold off on mentioning Ellie or Tess yet. About halfway through my story I can tell she is ready to shut me down, call me a liar and possibly fire me, when I hold up my hand and say "I can prove that this is all true. I just need you to do one thing."

Her eyebrows lift slightly, as she replies with "All right, I'll bite. What?"

"I'm going to turn around, so you know I'm not just asking you to do this to perv out or anything," and I stand up and do exactly that. I even close my eyes so there can be no doubt, before continuing, "Now, I just need you to give a little hop in your chair."

She snorts, asking "What the hell are you on about?"

"Just do it, please. You'll see. And believe me when I say that this was the least disruptive choice I had."

I hear her sigh, then nothing for a couple seconds, before her chair gives a slight squeak, followed by her saying "What the..." then another squeak, followed by a gasp, and then silence for what seemed like a few minutes, before she spoke again, "All right Mr. Gerrigson, you can turn back around."

I turn around and sit back down. She is leaning back in her chair, her breathing unusually even and controlled, and she looks a tiny bit flushed. "OK. Lets say I believe you about this 'magic app' you were given. That still doesn't explain why you were using it on my time."

I look down sheepishly. "On our way here today, Madison and I ran into an old friend of hers, and they set up a date for after work today. She asked me to buy something for her on it to help make sure she's at her best on it. I was going to wait until we got home this afternoon, but seeing her be so playful and flirty with the customers, especially with the customization I bought for her this morning, I just couldn't wait."

"And what was that?"

"I can let you see for yourself, if I may?" I ask, holding out my phone. Evelyn's eyes narrow for a moment, then she gives a brief nod, making sure only her head moves. I pull up the app and go to her profile, turning on the CG Awareness setting, then I say "Now, check the camera feed."

She pulls out her own phone, taps the screen a couple times, then after a second, her eyes grow wide. "Cat ears?? And is she blonde now?"

"Not exactly. The first 'punishment' I had to give her turned her hair into a mood ring, basically. Watch, and remember the customers aren't going to find anything odd or wrong about this," I switch over to Maddie's profile and tap the 'Flash' button. Evelyn gets an angry look on her face for a minute, before I tell her "Look at her hair again, see how its starting to go pink?"

She looks closer for a second, then takes a slow, deep breath and sets her phone down. "You've made your point. But I am very disappointed in you for bringing this kind of filth into my place of buisness," I lower my head, "Given that you have always been a good employee, and the fact that I don't even want to imagine the kind of nightmare filling out paperwork about doing something with this will involve, I will let you off with a simple warning this time. But! I do not want to see that phone of yours out while you're on my time again! Do I make myself clear?"

I nod, "Crystal, ma'am. And for what its worth, I promise you I will not use this app on you again. I wouldn't have even done this to you, but if I hadn't picked one option, the app would have ended up giving you all three, and I don't even want to think about the havoc that would have caused in your life."

She raises her eyebrow, and asks "Oh? And what were they?"

I look away for a second, answering "One basically would have turned you into a baby-factory, making you constantly turned on to **** levels and raising how fertile you were, and the other would have caused a lot of damage to your wardrobe by making it so your breasts would change size and sensitivity according to your emotional state."

She looks at me for a long moment, before replying "I see. Thank you for informing me. Now then," she points to the door, "Get back to work. And keep that damn phone in your pocket, I'll be watching."

I nod, and head back out to the floor. Maddie looks at me as I come out, a look of confusion coming on her face, and her hair turning a mix of brown and green. I mouth 'Later' to her, and get back to work. She just looks at me for a second and shrugs, then gets back to it, though she seems a little less enthusiastic than she was.

The rest of our shift passes normally, except Evelyn doesn't set foot outside of her office once. Though one time I passed by it I thought I heard the sound of someone trying to stifle a moan, so hopefully I made the right choice. I behaved myself and didn't take my phone out again the rest of the day.

Once Maddie and I are on the way home, she looks at me and says "So spill it, what happened? You disappear from behind the counter for quite a while, make me flash some old dude, then come out looking worried."

I tell her, from me giving in and pulling my phone out and Evelyn grabbing it, all the way to her decision and implied threat regarding disciplinary action if I do it again. Once I finish, Madison is silent for a moment, her hair a swirl of colors, before she stops and pulls me into a hug. She says quietly "Given your options, you made the right choice. I don't know if you picked the one she will enjoy, but it was definitely the one she can live with the easiest. Never stop caring about people."

I return the hug, closing my eyes and buring my nose in her hair. It smells tropical, like mango and pineapple, and I wonder if its just her shampoo. After a few seconds of holding her like that, I pull back and say "We should get home, you have a date to get ready for. Speaking of," I pull my phone out and finish buying Do it for the Dirty for her. She gets a wicked smile on her face, and we hurry the rest of the way back to the apartment.

Once we get back, Maddie and I pull out some leftover pizza from last night for our dinner, and she goes to get changed. I'm curious, so I pull up Evelyn's profile on my app.

Huh. Never would have expected that...well, with the second part of gainaxing involving nipple play, I guess that means I probably made the right choice, though it could still have been Mood Boobs. Can't say I'm surprised that she's trying to find a way around it, but as long as general awareness is off, and Maddie and I make a point of not staring (at least when she is looking), it shouldn't be too bad.

About 10 minutes before Dani is supposed to show up, Maddie comes out of her room, wearing a pair of tight leggings with Soul Eater characters on them, and a simple black tank top, with sports bra clearly showing underneath. She gives a little turn, "How do I look?"

I can see when her back is to me she apparently cut out a hole in the back of her leggings to make room for her new tail, and I answer honestly "Good enough to eat!" giving her a thumbs up. "I hope the tail doesn't end up ruining your wardrobe, though.

She waves me off "It's a simple enough change, and most of my clothes are loose enough it won't make a difference." She heads to the kitchen to fill a water bottle, then gives me a wave and air kiss as she heads out to meet up with Dani. I wave back, then decide that, while she's out, I'll get to work putting stuff away. Still too many boxes around that need emptying!
