Dean Hargreaves looked at the enrollment numbers. For the sixth year in a row, the percentage of male students had declined. "We need to do something," he said to himself.

He called five professors into his office: Dr Cartlon Holmes, professor of Psychology; Professor Carla Shuck, professor of computer science; Professor Wanda Hieise, professor of of Math; Professor Rosa Montez, professor of Biology, and Professor Cindy Machus, professor of English literature.

They all arrived at his office one Friday afternoon, and Dean Hargreaves and Professor Holmes exchanged knowing glances.
