Guilty, and the sentencing hearing

Deciding not to risk the jury's sympathy, the blondes swallowed their pride and pled guilty. Alicia also took a guilty plea to get a slap on the wrist as thanks for her testimony.

A month or so later, everyone was back in the courtroom to hear their fates. The three already knew what they were in for, but Erica had been kept in the dark and was looking forward to the hearing. As part of the hearing, she was to make a victim impact statement, and had printed it out.

"All rise, His Honor the Hon. Raymond H. Jackson, on behalf of the State of New Ohio, is in the courtroom."

Everyone stood and the judge walked in. After he told everyone to be seated, Judge Jackson went to business.

"I am here in the case of People v. Caruthers, Davidson, and Ortega. All three were involved in the sexual abuse of one Erica Nicole Fairchild, constantly disrobing her and exposing her to the public. They have all pled guilty to this offense under terms that I have read and agree to. I will sentence them accordingly, but first I would like to take time to hear a victim impact statement from Miss Fairchild."

Erica, dressed in a smart blue pantsuit, approached the stand and told her story.

"I grew up as a normal kid with normal desires and aspirations. I liked boys, and had my urges, but nothing more than teenage puppy love. In the senior year of high school, I went to the water park with my friend Alicia and forgot my swimsuit. She suggested I swim in my underwear; since I was not and am not well-endowed, I wasn't wearing a bra so swam in my panties. Alicia told everyone I was a little girl so it was okay for me to swim without a top. We met Lisa and Carrie, and together I lost my panties under their control and had to run around the water park in my birthday suit.

That was the worst day of my life, but little did I know that things would get much worse from here. The events of that day began a trend of the three ganging up and taking my clothes off, often with boys I liked around. This has warped my view of sexuality and modesty, and in the months since the two have been held I still haven't fully felt safe and secure in keeping my clothes on."

Tears were flowing from Erica's eyes at this point; other feelings soon started developing in her.
