She comes back

A few days later…

Megan comes back from her interview at the refugee centre. It shouldn’t be that hard since she did the interview process some time ago. Only difference is her doing it for free.

“I got the job, John!”, she exclaimed. She can’t wait and tells about the whole process. The interviewer was very kind and informed her of the role. She was led around again and got a tour of the centre. They were very excited to hire her and she seemed a good fit for the role. Although you think they might think so because she is volunteering.

“When are you starting in this new role, honey?”, you ask.

“They said next week already!”
