Taking the train to work.

Their apartment was in a great location not too far from either of their jobs. Jessica breathed the warm spring air as she walked the block to the nearest subway station. She had always loved the energy in the city. She stopped just long enough to grab a bagel from the corner store, and then descended down the stairs for her short commute.

The train was packed with the usual morning rush hour traffic. Jessica wedged her way towards an open space by a window. She closed her eyes and tried to let the swaying of the train clear her head. Last night had been a big disappointment. She had definitely wished for more to have happened.

Jessica felt something brush against the back of her skirt. At first, she dismissed it as an accident; then she felt a sharp pinch.

Jessica didn’t want to make a scene in the middle of a rush hour subway car. She shifted forward until she was right up against the window and as far as possible from her fellow passengers. Whichever of them had done that should hopefully get the hint and leave her alone.

A moment later, She felt another pinch followed by the gentle stroking of fingers over her soft tight skirt. Jessica closed her eyes and tired to lean farther away. It was no use. She felt the hand slide down over her ass to the edge of her skirt, and then along her thigh. A man’s hot breath breezed over the back of her neck. It carried with it the sweet musk of expensive cologne.

Jessica breathed in deeply. It felt like her brain was filled with fog. She knew she should turn around and slap the creep across the face. She should take the pepper spray out of her purse and get the bastard right in the eyes, but for some reason she couldn’t make herself. The stranger's hands were on either side of her ass now; slowly pushing up her skirt. Just then, a familiar voice whispered in her eye.

“Well well Ms. Heart. I had no idea you liked my attention this much.”

Jessica spun around to see the chiseled jaw and slicked black hair of Zachery Jasper. He was the rising star at the firm she worked for, and was one of the lawyers she had been assigned to. Jessica felt her cheeks flush in embarrassment.

“Oh, I'm sorry Mr. Jasper.” She said.

“Please, call me Zackery. We’re working together now. You don’t have to be so formal...as long as I can call you Jessica.”

“Ya, of course you can...Zackery. I’m sorry I yelled. I just thought you were some creep on the train trying to cop a feel. .”

“I'm sorry too.” Zackery chuckled. “I knew I should have just tapped you on the shoulder. Sometimes my hands move faster than my brain. I pinched you as a joke at first. I thought for sure you would just spin around and slap me. But when you didn’t...well im only human.

“Well, just as long as it doesn’t happen again.”

“I promise it won't. I know you’re engaged.” His eyes sparkled as he said that, but Jessica couldn’t see why.

“I didn’t know you took this train to work.” Said Jessica.

“I don’t normally. But my Jag is in the shop this week. Some idiot valet scratched the paint the other night. I had the moron fired of course, but I still wasn’t looking forward to having to take the train for the next couple of days.” His eyes flicked quickly over Jessica’s body. “Now I don’t know if I mind. The view down here just got a lot better.”

Jessica rolled her eyes and smiled. She had got a pretty good impression of Zachery when she first met him, and this was only confirming it. He was a playboy though and though. All talk no bite. She bet he even flirted with the coat rack if it was wearing a dress.

They passed the rest of the short trip in pleasant company. They got off together at their stop and made their way up to the street entrance for their office.
