She nods and weekly says “That is very true Mr Johnson. Honestly I was a bit surprised to hear back from you.”

You smile and say, “Well I always like to give a chance to newbies but it seems that you are not really a newbie just someone who is not had a lot of success how long have you been looking for a role out here.”

“Well,” she replies, looking a bit embarrassed, “On and off for the past 6 years I started when I was 18 and was in college just for fun then after an acting teacher told me I had some ability. After I dropped out of college I focus more on getting a job in the industry because it's the only thing I thought I could get other than a minimum wage job, but over those three years it has not been very successful.”

You nod and say, “I'm surprised you dropped out of college to pursue this given that you were not having much success.” She looks down for a moment before saying “It was not really my choice. I got pregnant and at the same time my parents got ill so I had to take care of them I thought maybe by getting an acting job I could afford to take care of them.”

Ding ding ding you think in your head we have a winner this dumb bitch will do anything since she's got a kid and parents to take care of. but you know that you have to play it slow in order not to scare her away so you begin to ask her the same questions you asked Jane about her experience and then ask her to read some of the lines to you. As she reads the lines you realize she is truly terrible she's nice on the eyes but that's about it you had seen better acting in some of the porn films that you have sent girls to. Usually, you are careful to hide your distaste from the girls but you know in this case it's actually an advantage you raise your hand and say "Please stop," after she is only a few lines into it.

You have a sit back on the couch and say “I'm very sorry Ms Beltran but I don't think that this role is good for you.” You see that her spirits are crushed but she's not exactly surprised that this is the case you can see her fidgeting a bit and says, “is there anything I can do to change your mind.” You chuckle to youself she's been around long enough you think to yourself that she thinks she can get something just by fucking you but what she doesn't realize is she's so bad even that wouldn't help her.

You sigh and say “Disney is a very prestigious company and we take our jobs very seriously here as casting directors and I'm sorry you just don't have what it takes.” At this, it looks like you crushed all of her hopes which is exactly what you wanted to do. She starts to cry a little bit though she tries to hide it. You get up and hand her a box of tissues that you keep on your desk just for times like this you sit down next to her and say “Maybe you will find another job.”

She laughs and says “I've been trying for 6 years there's no one that wants me and I'm not making enough money to support myself, my child, and my parents.”

At this, you offer her a tissue that she takes and dabs her eyes and then put your hands on her leg to comfort her and say, “While I can't give you a role here but I might be able to help you it's not nearly as glamorous as being an actress but I might have a position that you could help with. I would feel really bad if you were not able to take care of your parents.” You are obviously lying as anyone who knew you knew that you really couldn't give a shit about that and only care about yourself. But she looks up at you the tears clearing in her eyes and says excitedly, “Really I'll do anything I'm a hard worker I can do whatever you need me to do please please just I need something.”
