You're in serious trouble. What do you do now?

Pick a stage where I have the advantage!

Chapter 18 by MissAriel MissAriel

“Your stage pick, Jen,” he said.

“Hyrule,” I replied.

I needed a bigger stage, and this one would give me a chance to maneuver more freely. Not that it would make much of a difference, but at least it would help a little. It was impossible to regroup on a small stage once he got me locked into his combos, and he was particularly good at edge guarding. Hyrule had the both the advantage of having more room to run away for my projectile game, and also had multiple levels to make his edge guarding lass effective.

But Josh didn't start the next match immediately. He took a pause and started a frank conversation.

“Look, after the last match, you must know you’re totally screwed. But I’m willing to make a deal to give you a chance,” Josh said.
