They are "visited" by a stranger

A few years has passed after they have been secretly living in the forest at the borderland between Mirantia and Obscuria with their son in peace.

Today is just like the other days to them ever since they decided to settle down in the forest. Dreyvel goes out to either fish or to hunt or even doing both while Caroline is staying at home and look after the garden, where they grow their crops to eat, with her son, who they named Edward, named after King Edward the Restorer, one of the great rulers of Mirantia.

Like the other days before, Dreyvel spent most of the days fishing or hunting to provide foods for his family and return home only by the evening.

By the pond where he impregnated Queen Caroline with his son, he sets up the basket for the fishes to come in and will come to pick it up by the end of the day. With the trap for the fishes is set up, he left to hunt for some meats in the forest.

But unbeknownst to him, he is being watched. Not by a predator. But by a stranger. The stranger is wearing a black cloak with hood and is hiding on the top of one of the trees near the pond. By the appearance, the stranger possessed humanoid shape just like the humans and the Elves.

Once Dreyvel left the pond, the stranger walks toward the fishes' trap, grab it and place a recently died fish into the basket and simply left. The fish that he placed in there is no ordinary fish. It is a fish that has been planted with the Divine Seeds, the mystical fruits with all sorts of properties that are believed to be the gifts from the heaven to those who have been divinely chosen.

By evening, Dreyvel comes back to the pond, take the basket and leave with a dead boar on his shoulders.

After he retrieved the basket full of fishes and left, the stranger jumps down from the tree and secretly follow him to his home.

Sometime later after Dreyvel returned, they cooked the boar as a stew with some herbs gathered from the garden while the fishes are being grilled. During dinner, the Queen, her lover and her son consumed the fish with the Divine Seeds without suspecting anything.

Meanwhile, the stranger is observing them dining together from afar in secret. After seeing them all unknowingly consumed the fish stuffed with the Divine Seeds, the stranger smirks. Knowing that by tonight, something very great is going to happen between the parents soon. As for their son, the Divine Seeds that he consumed will remain dormant within him until he reached puberty. And during that time, it is going to be mold to become part of him as he is growing up.

Knowing that the job is done, the stranger simply jumps down and walk away in a middle of the darkening forest as the Sun is setting.
