The Future

"My Queen, they are ready."

Kate entered the room in what looked like the City Council. She saw a lot of people gathered there, no, a lot of vampires. At one end were people that looked like Tess, Freya & Nick.

"Welcome, My Lady. You are just in time."

She sauntered to them rather sexily, arousing him. "Of course, My Lord. May I ask what we will witness?"

He nodded. "Of course. Open the doors!"

The doors were opened & some vampire guards entered, carrying a young woman with black hair & blue eyes. She looked like a vampire hunter, but looked a bit dishevelled.

"Master," the guard announced, "this is Anna, from the Guardians. She led a group of hunters into this building, then betrayed them to us & has asked us to bring her to you."

A hunter? Brought to us? I don't understand.

Nick responded. "A hunter? Betraying her friends to us? Colour me intrigued. Anna, is that your name?"

She nodded. "Yes."

"Good. Now, why were you sent here, Anna?"

She confidently stood up & looked into Nick's eyes. "I am a Commander of the Order of the Guardians of the Gate. I was sent here to lead an **** on the building & kill you all."

"I can believe that, though I feel that's not what happened, is it?"

"No."

"So, what happened?"

"I,...I,...I betrayed them."

Nick looked at the confidence in her eyes as she confessed her betrayal. There's fire in her, Nick thought, I think I could have a use for her.

"And why did you betray them?"

"To get to you, My Lord."

A hunter calling Nick 'My Lord'? Hmmm.

"My Lord? Are you submitting to me?"

She bent down on her left knee. "Yes, My Lord. I betrayed my fellow hunters to prove myself worthy of the Forces of Darkness. Allow me the opportunity to serve you, & you will not regret it."

Nick licked his lips & smiled. "You know the kind of damage you could inflict on the Order by joining us, don't you?"

"Yes, but not as much as you already have, Nicholas."

A few raised eyebrows at Anna calling Nicholas by his name, but Nick seemingly didn't mind. "I am really excited now."

He rushed over to inspect the wilful betrayer. She was dressed in a simple & functional manner. She was dressed in a black shirt, black leather pants & leather knee high boots. He looked to her face: it was very beautiful, something only seen among those raised in the Light.

"You are clearly from the same background as me, Anna," Nick told her, looking into her eyes, "& like me you've grown tired of the Light, & seek the Darkness."

She nodded, not compelled at all but of her own free will. "Yes. I came here to join the Forces of Darkness. I came here to join you, Master, & to unleash the Evil within me."

Nick smiled. "Will you join us, Anna? Will you become our Venatrix Magna? Will you hunt the Hunters? Will you use your powers to serve the Darkness?"

"Of course, My Lord."

She **** herself to Nicholas & kissed him very aggressively, letting go after a minute.

"CLAIM ME, MASTER! MAKE ME EVIL ALREADY!"
