"Oh my god, look at his little thing!" One of Britney's friends leaned in and pointed at the bulge in the front of Lauren's speedo.

"Oh my god, it's tiny!" Britney burst out laughing.

"It is not!" Lauren objected, covering her crotch. Wait, what was she doing? Why was she defending her penis? It wasn't real, she was a woman! At this point though, her identity was so screwed up, she was insecure both as Larry and Lauren!
