In the Naruto world

On a normal morning in Konoha, Tsunade was walking back to her office ready for another long day of work. There were many laws she needed to sign off on, and paperwork to shift through. Shizune followed behind, carrying a box of scrolls.

"Make sure you don't try to drink any sake while on the clock, Lady Tsunade."

"Yeah yeah, whatever." Tsunade rolled her eyes, when Shizune wasn't looking, she was going to sneak some in. "Besides I'm the Hokage, I can do whatever I pleas- WHAT THE!?"

Tsunade gasped, and Shizune dropped her box when they entered the Hokage Office. Inside behind the desk, was Sasuke.

"Shit-" He said. He was looking through her stuff, trying to find a scroll with a powerful jutsu that would help him defeat the Hokage and take over the city once and for all.

But he didn't find anything, only a stupid rock he found in a safe.

If he didn't spend so much time cracking the safe me might've been able to find something actually good!

Tsunade's eyes narrowed. "You are both brave and idiotic to come here. After I defeated you before..." She cracked her knuckles, "Shizune, stay back. This is going to get messy."

Sasuke had trained for the past month for this moment, and ran in to fight. But against Tsunade, he stood no chance.

The fight lasted five seconds but continued on for almost an hour as Tsunade beat Sasuke until he was passed out.

Sasuke woke up in a prison cell, barely alive with broken bones.

"Guhh..." He groned.

How could this happen?

She beat him again...

And what did he have to show for it? A stone?

Sasuke pulled it out of his pocket and winced. His bone were still broken. "I wish I wasn't so hurt." He mumbled.

*POOF*

Suddenly he was healed. And then he realized.

This is a wishing stone.

With this... he could finally beat her...

The stone filled his head with knowledge, he realized that this stone was created by a God-level being named Vados, she was an immortal all-seeing deity that made it to help the world. But when mortals abused it's power and tried to use it to enslave the multiverse, she locked it away, and gave it to one of the few beings close to her power in the multiverse.

Sasuke smirked. And now he has it...

Meanwhile...

Tsunade was cleaning her office after the beatdown she gave Sasuke, when she noticed something that made her gasp.

The safe containing the wishing stone was open.

But how...

"SASUKE!" She shouted when she realized what had happened.

"What is it, Lady Tsunade?" Shizune asked,

"GATHER EVERYONE, STOP SASUKE NOW!" Tsunade boomed and ran out of the tower. She bolted towards the prison where she had left Sasuke.

She can't let him use that stone.

The Hokage ran through the village at an amazing speed, creating a cloud of dust as she ran.

At the same time, Sasuke thought of making his first wish.

"Hey, quiet down." Sasuke looked up to see, Samui was tasked with watching him. "I don't want to be here anymore than you. And what's that rock?"

Sasuke looked at her and smirked.

"I wish anyone that looks at me will instantly freeze in place and become a statue that will wordlessly obey my every command."

A magic cloud appeared. And Sasuke looked at Samui.

"What are you talking about," She rolled her eyes and looked at him, "You can wish for whatever you want. But shut up an-" She froze the moment her eyes landed on him.

Sasuke grinned.

"Open the cell."

Samui obeyed, her huge tits jiggling with each step as she unlocked the cell. But as he walked out of prison, he heard a voice boom so loud that it shook the earth.

"SASUKE! GIVE ME THAT STONE NOWWW!!!!!!" Her fist was raised, ready to end him once and for all.
