A terrorist cell in the middle east

You read your phone and get the coordinates, the message reads “put an end to the cell”. You don’t know what the group did but you know what your mission is. Intel shows this a female only group which makes you smile. You use your powers to fly over to the Middle East to the last known location of the group.

You arrive on a hillside overlooking a flat area that you see a small camp site. Looks like the majority of the group moved on if they were here, you see 4 guards remained back. 1 in the front of the camp on a smoke break, 2 playing a card game near a fire, and 1 asleep in her tent that you can see with your x ray-vision.
