He gets the lasso on her.

The man makes a simple loop with his end of the magic lasso.
Wonder Woman raises her foot as part of her non-full power defenses- in this case shoving one man away.

Her leg comes back down and right through the loop.
He tugs on the rope, tightening it.

Wonder Woman feels this, but it's too late.

"Stop fighting," the man says, although it is Jarvis speaking through him.

She tries to resist.
She's strong.
She's powerful.

"I...won't...no....must get away."
"Stay here."

Another one of the men has a hold of the lasso now, since she's stopped fighting as much.

"Stay here," three of them say in unison now.

The men all think as one...since they are all The Mad Hatter's puppets.

That combined will is overpowering the Amazon.

"Relax."
Four men now.

"No more struggling. Obey us."
Five men.

In spite of herself, Wonder Woman can't resist and does what she is told.

"Signal the Justice League that all is fine. You're going home for the night."
She takes her signal device and does just that.

"Hands behind your back now. Wrists together," the group commands.
She does what she is told.

One of the men ties her wrists behind her back with steel cable, which is painted yellow for the obvious aesthetics.

"Sleep."
Wonder Woman is knocked out, falling into the man's arms.

The group carries her away to The Mad Hatter.
