"Holy shit, that guy was a dick," James said, laughing a little as he rubbed at his eyes. "What? Girls can't play shooters? I think we just proved him wrong, huh? Not like I normally need to stick my dick into the computer to win, you know?" The chat was still moving at pretty much a mile a minute. His viewership hadn't doubled. If it had just been that, he would have considered this little experiment a success.

No, it had quadrupled. Numbers like he had never seen. And, sure, he had needed to ban a few of the more... loud chatters to keep them from bringing the vibes down, but that was still fine.

"Well guys, this has been pretty fun, but I need to call it a night. Thanks so much to all of the new followers and the subscribers that we got tonight. I stream four nights a week and at least one weekend day, so... yeah. Tune in next time. Bye!" He cut the stream and let out a long, slow breath. "Holy shit..."

That had been amazingly worth it. If he could just keep those numbers up, then he'd be in a much better position. Hell, he might even be able to go full time with streaming.

The only concern, really, was that the draw had been more the X-change than him. People had stuck around to watch, though, so surely that meant they liked the content, right? But... if he dropped the X-change entirely, would they really stick around. Would it be worth keeping some on hand, just in case?
