Aimless wander

Vanessa walked aimlessly down the street, she didn't have an objective. In her head she wanted to stop and find a way out, however the hypnosis was programmed to simply walk until someone asks her to do something. Cursing internally, Vanessa was powerless. She had no control of herself, she was following orders.

She made no eye contact with anybody along the street, which Vanessa had thanked herself for. She saw the main entrance, a possible exit, and walked past it. Furious, Vanessa tried to use every muscle in her body to do something. Nothing she tried seemed to work, as she kept the same blank face and kept walking.

Eventually, Vanessa had reached a part of the carnival where nobody walked down. It seemed abandoned and somewhat run down. She could lots of abandoned ride ideas, still open but nobody going on them. Vanessa wondered why this part was so unpopular...
