Both exhausted from the emotional conversation, you and your sister have nothing left to say to each other except a couple of awkward “goodnights” after getting home. The two of you retire to your respective bedrooms to escape the silence. You fall like a brick into your computer chair, kick the power button, and look through your phone while it boots up.

The KDK doesn’t serve up any notifications or incremented numbers, but you do pump your fist at the new photo on Hannah’s status page. Was it worth it? You terrorized your sister, and so far this picture is all you have to show for it. To try to calm the panicked thoughts slowly leaking into your brain, you launch some franchise game that you don’t have to think about. A thinly veiled checklist of tasks should help channel your focus.

Did this emotional **** plan of yours even work? It falls on Hannah and her sense of guilt to continue honoring your agreement. If she decides your “favors” are unreasonable or taking things too far, you don’t have much recourse. Assuming this arrangement goes smoothly for the foreseeable future, is that enough? It doesn’t necessarily mean she won’t spy on you as often, just that you get something out of it. You still have to get used to embracing your sister’s observations. It would be a lot easier if you weren’t so ashamed of your body. Maybe there’s an achievement that will help you with that?

Whatever the specifics of your deal with Hannah, you nearly outed yourself back there. Got a little too excited by the idea of seeing your sister topless. You’ll have to think of some normal favors and wait for a special occasion to pressure her into more nudity. It feels weird, getting gratification from Hannah’s poetic punishment without her knowing. Is that fair? No, probably not, but neither is any of Her behavior toward You. Shaking up who gets off to whom is just balancing the scales.

There is one more factor to consider though: Your sister almost certainly doesn’t have her own secret, incrementally escalating magical phone app to influence you with. Does the presence of the KDK inherently create a power imbalance? Perhaps, but then it’s also true for every single person you may happen to touch for 5 seconds. What are you gonna do, uninstall the app without really learning what it’s capable of? Take a vow of celibacy and never date again? Even if you tried, you know your level of dedication when it comes to secret declarations no one can hold you accountable for. You’d last a week or two before giving into temptation and doing what you want anyway. So you might as well quit lying to yourself and commit to being a certified creep.

Many things could go wrong on the path that leads to ****, but at least discovery of your secret kink tool isn’t one of them. No one is going to say “let’s check her phone in case there’s a psychic sex app inside.” Assuming the invisibility setting works, they wouldn’t find anything even if they did.

Thinking through all the possible pitfalls in your long-con coming out plan makes you feel like a devious puppet master, slowly corrupting your marionette. Ideas of what you might do to Hannah if all goes well flood your mind, distracting you enough to find your virtual self running into a wall. It doesn’t help that the ever-present digital ass on your monitor is that of a strong warrior lady and not the standard chiseled brooding man.

You consider slipping into bed early for another private session. The confrontation with Hannah should at least dissuade her from being a repeat offender on the same day. Your thought process is interrupted, however, by the sounds of a second car pulling in. Not wanting to miss the opportunity to test out new abilities, you pocket your phone and step out to wait in the living room.
