Leave the cave.

Stepping foot out of the cave, the first thing you hear is a loud, albeit short musical ding reverberate throughout your skull. The resulting shock leaving you even more dazed then previously. Seriously, all of this head trauma is going to give you a concussion.

"Hello, Stephan." A familiar voice fills your head, leaving you hanging on her words. "It is me, Gerthum. First off, let me specify that while I may be able to speak to you, you are not able to communicate back. Think of this as a "voice mail" or whatever you human mortals call it! A-Anyways, Congratulations! you have passed the tutorial, which was getting out of the cave, by the way. Now! For your reward, you gain some very interesting powers!" You hear her fumbling with something that sounds like paper rustling in your head, thinking to yourself "I- is she thumbing through a notebook? In my head?" While this alarms you just a tiny bit, you are stopped short as she started talking again.

"Sorry, that took a little while. It says right here that you will gain the ability called "Scout by scent", which... erm..." The fumbling of paper continues. "Ah! Alright it says here that this skill has the ability to enhance the scent catching ability of the human nose to the level of a bloodhound! Additionally, since you got so thoroughly throat bullied by those goblins earlier, you gained the ability "Goblin Affinity C" which allow the player to withstand the aphrodisiacal properties present in their sweat, Along with the added affect of being able to better receive goblin genitalia in the future!"

You cringe a bit at the thought that she knows you just kneeled for two weaker men after only being in this new world for less than 10 minutes, almost glad you can't communicate back with Gerthum at the moment.

"Anyways, Stephan, I wish you continued luck in your new life. Whenever you gain a new skill, I will report back to you on it's name and ability."

"Better receive goblin genitalia" you repeat to yourself. You wonder what this entails, and a little part of you, wants to go find out. You turn your head back towards the cave. Is it really a smart idea to head back into the cave, knowing how demanding the goblin you just met can be? Alternatively, you could continue into the woods, and with your new skill, finding a human settlement may be a reasonable task before sundown.
