Trans Women: People who were assigned male at birth, but identify as women now, you'll be able to have sex with all you want!
True Sex Reassignment: You have just invented something in your basement that can change someone's sex all the way. Genitals, bone-structure, breasts, and even chromosomes! Trans women that you use this invention on will be very willing to have sex with you.
Gratefulness/Adoration/Genuine Feelings: Trans women that you have used your invention on will be very grateful, as you essentially fulfilled one of their greatest wishes. They will adore you, and are willing to pleasure you in any way as thanks. They'll be so thankful, in-fact, that they'll develop true feelings for you. If you have sex with several trans women, rather than become jealous, they will simply adore you more, and practically worship you as a hero of trans women.
Who are you?
These branching stories are going to have 3 very simple premises: 1) You exist in a world where your character AND ONLY your character gets to have sex with whatever group or groups of people you choose wherever and whenever he or she desires. 2) The circumstances under which he or she can have sex with that group can be specified generally or specifically. 3) The response of the people you have sex with and/or the general public can be chosen.
