Ezechiel and Kazuko

A/N: Sorry I didn't update for a while. Was busy with stuff.

When the day of the graduation ceremony came, all the students excitedly gathered to celebrate their final farewells to their highschool days, dressed in gowns loaned by the school or purchased for memento's sake. Students reunited with friends old and new, and teachers would exchange pleasantries with their students or fellow colleagues, rekindling bonds over cups of tea or soft drinks.

Ezechiel stood nervously, fiddling with the collar of his gown as he felt sweat trickle down his neck.

"Nervous, Ezechiel?"

He turned to see you, Marihito and Misa approaching.

"Maybe, I'm not one for such public gatherings," Said Ezechiel.

You simply smirk, patting his back.

"It's once in a lifetime, celebrate it," You said.

"He's right, man," Said Marihito, who then leaned in to whisper, "After all, you've got your special lady friend to celebrate with."

Misa winked mischievously at Ezechiel, prompting him to sigh.

Though a well-kept secret to most, Ezechiel's affair with Kazuko was a poorly-kept secret among close friends and associates, and to them it was a source of endless fun and joy when teasing him about his taste in women.

"Well... we do have something special planned for later," Said Ezechiel, "She said she booked us seats in one of the top restaurants around here."

"Huh, trust her to treat her first-ever boyfriend to a romantic date," Said Misa, "Though if it were up to me, I'd treat Marihito to a belly-dancing session instead."

Marihito's thoughts ran wild, and he subconsciously made a slightly lecherous grin, which he only stopped after a poke on the cheek by Misa, and you simply rolled your eyes.

Since Misa's heartbreaking rejection, she has since moved on and found love with Marihito, and the two have progressed splendidly in their relationship. And due to her impromptu duel with Abirit (if you can call it that), she discovered a fetish for belly-dancing, and to top it all off, loves to do so in very skimpy clothing like the Arabian dancers of old.

She was also one of the first among your inner circle to find out about their illicit affair, having stumbled on the two of them having sex in the gym storage room.

"So, Marihito's going to study alongside you?" You asked Misa.

"Pretty much, I mean he needs someone to look after him in a foreign country," Said Misa.

"Don't you mean, you need someone to keep you company and entertain your fetishes?" You said.

"Takeru-kun, don't say such absurb things...!" Misa said, blushing madly alongside Marihito.

You simply chuckle at their suffering.

Just then, Kazuko chose that moment to appear before them, wearing a simple white blouse and long black skirt with black sneakers, her attire surprisingly casual for such a formal occassion.

"I see you're having a lot of fun," Said Kazuko, "Talking about your girlfriends, maybe?"

"More like talking about Ezechiel's," You said, winking at her.

Kazuko merely blushed, turning to face away.

You laugh softly, saying, "By the way, have a good time tonight."

"He told you?" She asked.

"Well... yes," Said Ezechiel, scratching his head in embarrassment.

When no one was looking, Kazuko snuck a quick peck to his cheek, before cheekily walking away.

"Wow, you've got a great lady friend, don't you?" Said Misa, her voice a small whisper, "And not to mention she's such a hot and mature chick."

Ezechiel turned a bright red, refusing to talk further.

The graduation ceremony was an occassion of many tears of joy and sorrow, joy that they are entering a new phase in life, somewhat sad that they have to leave behind memories of bonds that once were, whether it be between fellow students, or students and their teachers.

Misa tearfully hugged Kazuko, saying that to study for her university degree, she had to travel to nearby Russia for at least three years to complete her technical degree in IT, with Marihito accompanying her.

You were sad to bid farewell, for you also had fond memories with Kazuko helping you study for exams, pointing out your mistakes and helping you improve your weakness in maths with saintly patience.

And as the ceremony drew to a close, you could see Ezechiel and Kazuko sneaking off somewhere, taking great care to ensure no one was watching.

You smile and shake your head, letting them be.
