It had been surprising to both of them when they realized their feelings for each other. Maybe it was the fact that yet again Shepard owed her life to Miranda and her genius technology or maybe it was the fact that she had always had a soft spot for the Cerberus cheerleader, either way After Jane settled down, Miranda approached Shepard. She explained that Shepard was actually right about the sexual tension between her and Jack, but to Miranda, Jack wasn’t a long term partner.
Miranda’s true feelings though were for Shepard. Shepard who had remained single through her life found herself realizing that the feeling was very much mutual. So the two agreed to start dating. And now here they were, spooning each other.
