Limit Breaker -
Once every 48 hours, the user can choose a subject that will have their level up rate doubled, effectively having 2 seconds of growth for every second spent in contact with the user. The effect will last for 1 hour and the effect cannot be swapped to a new subject during this time. Limit Breaker will stack with other time-related effects.
