You were having a good time with the four ladies (making sure the Avatars were not too drunk as it was their first time) when some Players entered the building, saw you and yelled out “Garion you bastard!”

Players saying that in a room full of NPCs who respect you and hated asshole players was not a good idea!

However, it was Jonis, Franek and Daenawl. They did have reason to be pissed at him.

You look up and see them. Heh, they were still level 2 as well.

Smiling at them across the now silent tavern, you calmly ask them “Yes? Is something the matter?”

Jonis came across and got in his face. “You bastard! Where is the loot we gathered together?”

You grin. “Ah, the loot you let us keep when you kicked me out of the party and the ladies followed? Even after we asked if there was any other matter before we parted ways? We thought you three were letting us keep them as a farewell gift. We have already sold most of it.”

“We forgot about it! Give us our share!”

“Now now, I did remind you that if you have someone carry everything and if something happens to them then the group looses everything they had. Consider this a hard lesson to carry your fair share.”

“I really want to kill you. Only the fact you are in a party with 2 Players and their Avatars stops me being able to.”

You chuckle. “You really need to learn to think! You are in a tavern full of people who would love to kill you, and who currently love me. You would be dead before you could draw a blade.”

The 3 guys looked around in fear.

“Secondly, there are 2 other things you are overlooking. Firstly, you could challenge me to face you one on one, after dissolving my party for now. To make it fair I would be inviting 2 other NPCs of no greater level than you to join me to make it an even fight. How about that?”

You catch your former Adventure Guild members’ eyes and they nod, reaching for hidden weapons
