Stays behind

Lauren thinks for a moment before replying, 'No thank you'.

'ok, your loss I guess', Vanessa says before leaving briskly out of the house.

Lauren waits patiently to make sure Vanessa is well gone before she makes her move. Her first stop was in the bathroom where she grabbed the items she saw earlier and then also disposed of her wet diaper she left in the room earlier; after quickly dropping it into the bin, Lauren began looking through her mum's medical cabinet, her mum had always been an anxiety filled insomniac so this cabinet was always filled. Searching for a bit, Lauren found what she was looking for, some wet wipes and a small blue pot of pills titled 'Lysergic Acid Diethylamide', the word gave a shudder down her spine, when working as a barista she was serving a customer who was ordering himself an IPA and a Moscow Mule without lime for his (what she assumed to be) girlfriend, Lauren was happily serving him when she was stopped by one of the bouncers who asked what she was making, when she told him he told her to stop due to it being one of the house rules that you can't request no lime in a drink. Lauren always found that strange until later when one of the other more senior barista's explained, she told her it was because LSD ('Lysergic Acid Diethylamide') was acidic, so if you ordered a drink without lime, then added a crushed pill of the stuff, the drinker won't be able to tell, they would just think the acidic taste came from the lime. This was a very traumatic memory for Lauren at the time and one of the main reasons she quit the job, but at least now the trick is going to become useful. She also pulled out another small pot of medicine labeled 'psyllium'. Lauren then returned to her room and placed it down with the other stuff she'd already acquired.

Lauren's mind then turned to the attic, she briskly leaves her room and goes into the ironing room to get the ladder they use. Once retrieved she uses it to clamber up through the trapdoor into the cold attic, filled to the brim with boxes of different items. She begins to search through the myriad of boxes until she finds the boxes filled with all of her and Vanessa's old clothing, but this left her with a lot of clothing to choose from.
