What happens next?
In way to school
Vanessa's parents left home a lot earlier than her and her bicycle was wrecked so she had to walk, it wasn't actually bad for her, she occasionally liked to walk to school when she had the time but this time was different because her classes had already started and she needed to get there fast.
It was not far and she could go on foot easily, but today she thought it would be better to take the bus instead, she didn't liked to go travel by bus but she had no other option.
When she was walking to the station she started to feel something weird, unnatural, like something was behind her and at the same time at her sides and at her front, she thought it must be because of the fall she had and kept going to the bus station.
After a few more steps the feeling had faded, she got to the station and went inside the bus not noticing that in a small portion in the back her dress, almost new out of nothing had frayed and a tiny thread was hanging loose and swaying, she sat and waited for the next stop.
A moment later the bus moved, Vanessa looked out the window as it took her to her school she started to think.
She remembered that last night she have had a weird dream, it came to her mind out of nowhere, in her dream she saw herself in her funeral, it was a common funeral and there was only her family and close friends and they're talking about her, how she had been always good and did what she was expected to do, then everything turn gray and plain, it left her thinking about her life, the life she have always led, gray and plain, was she always like this? Was she just a part of the in-crowd? Vanessa knew that of course her looks made her stand out, but she felt kinda restrained, like a cicada that never sheds it's skin.
Vanessa sighed and leaned on the bus window, it was the second stop and the bus was filling up, the last two rows were empty, And were not the only things in that state.
