Courtney smiled as she knew exactly what to do with the footage. She typed a name into her phone and found Juliet’s contact info. She hit call phone and waited and waited. “Hello?” An exhausted Juliet Watson answered, yawning in the process.

“I have something that you’re not going to want to pass up,” Courtney said. “Something you cannot wait to get.”

“Courtney, it’s fucking… 8 AM, what could possibly be so important you had to call me?” Juliet asked.

“I thought journalism never sleeps,” Courtney mocked.

“It does when I spent all night yesterday trying to find a front page story,” Juliet mumbled.

“I have your story,” Courtney said. “Meet me at the parking lot. Make sure you’re alone, and don’t forget your phone.”

“This better be good,” Juliet said.

“Oh… it is,” Courtney said as she hung up.

Courtney made her way to the parking lot grinning from ear to ear as she saw Juliet leaned against the wall. “So what’s this story that couldn’t wait?” Juliet asked.

Courtney didn’t say anything. She just pulled her phone out and showed Juliet a portion of the video. Juliet’s eyes widened as she quickly recognized everyone in the video. “Wait… that’s Victoria,” Juliet said. “With Max… Chloe and… is that… no way Rachel Amber?”

Juliet reached for the phone but Courtney pulled it away. “Let me make this perfectly clear,” Courtney said. “If I give this footage to you for your front page story, you will be my bitch for at least 6 months. Got it? You do everything and anything I say. Deal?”

Juliet nodded. “Fine, fine. I’ll be your bitch. Just give me the footage.”

Courtney smiled. “Excellent.” She typed on her phone for a moment and hit send.

“I’ve got to put this all together right away,” Juliet said.

“I’m coming with you,” Courtney said.

“But…”

“You’re my bitch, remember?” Courtney said. “So let’s go.”

Juliet sighed as they both headed to the printing room where Juliet quickly put together the front page “Rachel Amber Returns In an Exciting New Way. ft Victoria Chase, Maxine Caulfield, and Chloe Price.”

“And for the digital version,” Juliet said. “I’ll embed the video.”

“Perfect let’s make sure everyone sees this,” Courtney said. “But first… let’s talk about what you’re going to do for me.”

Juliet’s widened. “Already?”

“Of course,” Courtney said. “And you better do it. No questions asked.”

“Fine, what do you want me to do?”
