Texas locks Roxxie up too

"Sorry Rox, but yer a criminal too and it's mah job to put yer kind behind bars!" Texas said drawing her gun and pointing it at the massive kangaroo. Thankfully she had a cell just big enough to fit her. "Don't think ah'll forget about what ya did for me though, ah'll try and knock some time off yer sentence for helping catch Vivian." She sighed knowing her conscious couldn't rest if she let Roxxie go scot free. Besides she felt she was being quite fair here, she really would try and lessen her punishment for aiding the law.

"Oi what the hell?!" Roxxie Roo growled and stomped so she hard nearly put a hole in the floor. She huffed and stepped towards her, trying to intimidate the sheriff with her immense size. But Texas was the one with the weapon here, and she wasn't one to easily back down as she cocked her gun. "Ya owe me fer saving yer ass, least ya can do is let me go!"

The words didn't seem to sway the sheriff who simply shook her head and pointed her gun at the empty cell. "Get in there ya varmint let's not make this any harder than it has to be."

With a look of pure anger Roxxie begrudgingly got into the cell, her extra wide frame and hips just barely squeezing into it. Texas kept the gun trained on her until she had the door locked. "What a day, Gold Spring's most wanted and most corrupt both arrested!" Texas said proudly as she tipped her hat back and sat at the desk. If she got the paperwork done right away, she could have Vivian's trial started in no time! The quicker she was sentenced the better for the town, Texas thought to herself.

It was late into the night when Texas had nearly finished all of the paperwork, and that was just for Vivian's case. She didn't even want to think about all the crimes she would have to file in her report for Roxxie. But first things first, she would finally put Mayor Vivian to justice. Texas yawned and glanced back at the cells, the loud snoring of Roxxie Roo filling the office. The lynx herself was curled up in the corner of her own cell.
"Well.. guess ah deserve a bit o' shut eye, it sure was a big day!" Texas congratulated herself as she leaned back in her chair and tilted her hat down to cover her face. Tomorrow was going to be an even bigger day for her though with the upcoming trial. She would need her rest. Before long the weasel felt herself slipping into a deep sleep.
