Natalie is aware and not at all happy

As Helen had jogged over to talk to Adam she could hear in her mind the panicked thoughts of Natalie.

'What am I doing,' came the redhead's voice as if it were Helen's conscience. 'Why is my body moving on it's own and why the hell am I speaking to Adam!' Helen sensed she could send Natalie's mind to sleep but rather liked hearing her discomfort.

"I'm just on one of my jogs," Helen said continuing to play the role of her boyfriend's ex. "Got to look after my figure, you know. Looks like you've been hitting the gym too! Loving your new muscles." Helen caressed Adam's arm causing him to laugh uncomfortably.

'Why the fuck did I just do that?' the even more panicked Natalie thought. 'He is looking good, but I don't want it going to his head. Especially after that bastard dumped me for whatshername.'

"Where is that lovely girlfriend of yours?" Helen asked, wanting Natalie to freak out further after her last thought. "Helen, wasn't it?"

"Oh, Helen's just at home," Adam responded trying to think on his feet. "I just came out for a walk and she didn't want to come."

"That's a shame, I would have loved to see her again. She is a sweetheart."

'No she bloody isn't!' Natalie's innervoice raged. 'Have I totally lost my mind? Why can't I do anything?'

"Well, I'd better get back to running," Helen said, turning to move away. "I'll see you around maybe, send my love to Helen." With that, Helen jogged Natalie's body away as Adam watched on in bemusement. When she felt she was far away enough, Helen pulled her spirit away from Natalie's body, giving her back control. Natalie stumbled briefly but quickly picked up the pace and disappeared into the distance.

Helen floated back over to her still stunned boyfriend, pleased with her performance. "What did you think of that then?" she asked, floating a few feet in front of Adam.

"Did she know what you were making her do? Was she conscious?" Adam said with wide eyes.

"Yup!" Helen sniggered. "She wasn't very happy about it either. Maybe next time I'll put my host's mind to sleep? That was fun though."

"For you maybe! I was bricking it."

"Oh calm down Adam, I didn't do anything too bad." Helen said disappointed he didn't enjoy it as much as her. "Why don't you choose the next person I possess? I'll behave myself this time. Unless, of course, you don't want me to..."
