A Different Kind of Party

During the planning of tonight's party, Mimi came to several conclusions. First, she knew that June would try to shed her clothes as often as possible, regardless of what she was wearing or any deniability to pass it off as a basic accident. Second, she knew that June would try to get her to join in the naked fun since that seemed to be the only thing on her mind most of the time. Third, it was likely that Alex, Claire, Kate, and Rose were going to be at this party, which meant there would be 40 more sticky fingers vying to strip her and her guests. At the end of the thought, Mimi had almost decided to cancel the party or head out of town for the night. However, the fifth conclusion was that she was missing out too much thanks to this prudish behavior, so she also discarded this thought. It wasn't until she came to the sixth did she realize there was a simple way to make everyone happy. The final thought was a realization that the girls are genuinely nice; they're rough with clothes but only rough enough to remove them in one piece, never to hurt their targets or destroy anything that wasn't off their own backs.

However, this was during the planning. Now that the party had started, Mimi was wishing she'd stuck to being a wet blanket. In fact, she may prefer an actual wet blanket over her current attire.

The only feasible way she found to have a party with as little private skin on display and no efforts to strip her or another was to host an ABC party: Anything But Clothes. Without woven fabric, the costumes became slightly less durable, which would deter unwanted stripping and allow a party that wouldn't end with Mimi in a full-body blush while June tried to draw all eyes on her. Additionally, these costumes were usually fairly tight, so Sun, Kate, Alex, Claire, and June should keep their clothes on until they returned home, or at the end of the party in June's case.

Of course, this all assumed Mimi was right when she thought they wouldn't risk tearing the garments.

Mimi was no fool, though. She had considered the possibility of being wrong and planned her costume accordingly. The silvery shorts looked like an ordinary pair of shorts or would have if the skin-tight costume didn't also look like the baggy shorts commonly worn by boys. The t-shirt seemed even worse, especially in the back where she couldn't apply as much ****, causing the matching top to give Mimi the appearance that she just finished a sweaty workout. Regardless of this inferior result, Mimi took it, and certainly wasn't going to be let anyone see her naked just to make something nicer. It took three rolls, but Mimi had completed her duct tape outfit with plenty of time to help June prepare the refreshments.

What made Mimi's costume unique and strip-proof was her seemingly idiotic breach of tradition. The average duct tape outfit was usually double-layered and donned after it was made, thereby preventing it from adhering to the skin and causing intense pain and a crimson bruise on irritated skin. Mimi's plan hinged on the costume being literally stuck on her body. Even if she was wrong about the tearing, they certainly wouldn't hurt her physically, so the attached duct tape seemed like her best option of staying covered. The plan also extended to the moments after the party, with a fresh supply of bubble bath formula, June's baby oil, and countless other means that should remove her costume painlessly, or so claims the internet. Mimi couldn't help but beam at the sight of her costume - her anti-stripping, anti-pain plan for the evening was complete and perfect, so long as no one decided to use her duct tape remedies early.

On the other hand, June went for a costume that was almost certain to fall apart by the end of the night if she did nothing excessive, and her work was able to convince Mimi that she wasn't up to something. From a distance, it looked like an ordinary thong bikini in a shade of pink June's friend's recognized from three different points on her body, with the only points of concern being that it seemed to be a size too small for June and that it made it clear she spent the day removing every stray hair below her neck. Even telling Mimi that her time in front of the open refrigerator was "applying the finishing touches" didn't arouse any suspicion, it only made Mimi scoff at June's apparent desire to spend the night pointing into a crowd.

June was after the cold, but only to make the paint dry. Even if she stayed out of the pool, the warmth of the night, the stuffy atmosphere of any party, and the occasional spill would be more than enough to wash away the pink paint adoring June's naughty bits and expose her to the crowd without the slightest effort from the girl herself. The carmine color was chosen after hours of shopping and testing, looking for just the right shade of pink to conceal her pointy nubs and any accidental flashes of her nether regions before the costume was gone - something that would initiate one of Mimi's long-winded speeches on modesty before the fun could begin.

There was some question over how long the costume would actually last since she hadn't tested it, but June wasn't too worried about this detail since it's a simple water-based paint. In fact, even two hours or so into the party, June's costume seemed unchanged. Actually, now that she had thought about it, the party seemed to be developing very slowly, with everyone besides the obvious group still apprehensive about this ABC thing. As the free spirit, she believe it was her duty to find some way to get the party rolling.
