What rule does he change first? What happens?
A world where Female are the tallest and most developed gender from a certain age
This is the normal world, but this big change comes one day and only effects the people still growing at that moment and the persons done growing will get their shrinking or growing aswell, but over the course of 2 months on average and nobody knows this change has occured at first
Females are 5,8 average and have a huge growth spurt after 16 on average the taller they get the later their spurt is
Females have an average cup size F and the biggest boobs grow the latest
The average height of men is 5,4 and they are done growing at 17 normally
These are the rules feel free to add to this further in this direction no weird animal or monster shit just normal humans
