Adrenalin Junkies from a Nearby Town

Jess and her friends had always loved the freedom driving across the dunes gave them. No speed limits, no traffic, no paved roads; just endless, open desert as far as the eye could see. They had done many things in the time they had known each other chasing the rush, but driving the dunes was their way of relaxing, just driving where they pointed the wheel and let the music blare into the cloudless sky.

They had been driving for about an hour when Bruce had pointed something out in the distance. "Yo!" he shouted to be heard over the dulcet tones of Jimmy Hendrix, "What's that?" Following where his finger was pointing, they saw, just barely visible on the horizon, the shadow of something.

After trying to guess what it might be, they decided to check it out. After all, what was life without a bit of adventure, and they hadn't had their daily dose yet today.

In the fifteen minutes it had took them to drive to the point where they could begin making out distinct shapes, they had watched the shadows of small figures playing against the sandy backdrop. "I'm telling you guys, those shadows don't look human." Mike insisted for the umpteenth time, convinced that they were going to find evidence of some kind of alien, rather than people.

"And I'm telling you, Mike, the desert is playing tricks on you," Ashley, the last of the four returned. "They look human enough, it just the heat messing with you that's making the weird things you think you're seeing." Unconvinced, but seeing that the others were tired of the argument after ten minutes of it, Mike huffed and sat back with his arms crossed. He knew they weren't really being mean about it; while they messed around with each other all the time, and someone was almost always the butt of a joke, none of them ever really meant it, they were basically family.

It took another couple of minutes before the shapes began to resolve themselves, and that's when the mood in the car began to change. It was obvious that it had once been some sort of campsite, but something had gone through it like the Tasmanian Devil. What looked to have once been a tent was shredded and torn beyond repair, electronic pieces littered the ground and clothes were strewn everywhere. Sitting together, huddled underneath a makeshift shelter were a couple, who looked worse for wear, and were waving for them, calling out.

"Shit, what the fuck happened?" Mike asked.

Jess shook her head, "No idea, but we've got to help them."

With no argument forthcoming, they drove the remainder of the distance and hopped out.

"Jesus, what happened to you guys?" The short blond wearing nothing but cutoff jeans and a sports bra asked.

Anna spoke up first. "We don't know. We were in our tent watching a movie when we heard something outside. Will went out to see what it was and then I heard him scream. The next thing I know, we wake up to the camp like this. We weren't expecting to be picked up for another two days, we were starting to worry we were gonna die out here." She trailed off, giving a few sniffles, and the people in the Jeep ate it up. They were quickly bundled into the Jeep, and headed back towards civilization.

On the way back, the four introduced themselves and generally tried to be as welcoming as possible. "I imagine you guys are gonna want to get to the hospital when we get back?" the lanky, dark haired guy called Matt asked.

They quickly shook their heads, "No, really, that's not necessary. Neither of us are banged up too bad, and we were only there for a night, so nothing to really worry about. If we could just stay with one of you for the night, rest and patch ourselves up, we can get a ride back home and be out of your hair," William said, hoping they wouldn't press the issue. He was lucky, and they didn't.

"Yeah, that's fine. you guys can crash at my place," said the other woman, Jess, who was an average sized girl with visible muscle tone and average looks. "It's not much, but I've got a pullout couch and some first aid stuff." William and Anna nodded, smiling at the woman, thanking her.

After another 45 minutes, the town's skyline appeared on the horizon. Before much longer, they could smell the scents of civilization: exhaust, hot asphalt, sweat and... William's mind raced while on the outside his expression and body language remained the same. There was a scent in the air, subtle and weak, yet containing the potential for much power, more power than either William or Anna could ever hope to wield. Glancing at Anna out of the corner of his eye, he nodded at her and she returned the gesture, they would have to discuss this once they were alone.

After another 20 minutes of driving with William's mind whirling with possibilities and postulations, they finally arrived at a humble home with three other cars parked out front. After giving their goodbyes, the others got into their cars and drove off, while Jess showed them inside.

"Here's the couch, I'll help you guys set it up if you want, and over there's the bathroom with some bandages and antiseptic," she said, pointing the aforementioned things out. Gesturing for William to go first, Anna stayed behind with Jess.

"I'd love some help with the couch. Hey, do you mind showing me the kitchen, I could actually really do with a glass of water," Anna asked.

With a bright smile, Jess nodded and said, "Oh, yeah, sure, this way. Yeah, I'll bet you guys are super parched being out in the sun that long. Sorry, we all only take a bottle each, and, well, we were mostly done already and..."

"Honestly, it's fine, we get it," Anna said, cutting her off with a small smile and a wave of her hand, "But, yeah, I could go for some more." With a small bounce in her step, the bubbly brunet led Anna into her kitchen, and busied herself making two glasses of ice water. While she was distracted, Anna slipped a hand down the front of her ripped pants and began to silently finger herself, her fingers reaching deep into her own pussy, desperately feeling around for something. Jess laughed, "Don't worry about it, drink as much as you need, I'll go bring this one back and then we can get that couch sorted out." Anna smiled at her and busied herself filling up her glass and making a new one as well, adding in a special ingredient.

Walking back out, she saw that Will had returned and had taken the glass. 'Perfect,' she thought, before speaking aloud. "Here, Jess, I figured I'd make you one while I was at it. You're being so nice, its the least I could do." With a smile, Jess took the glass and took a long pull before setting it down and helping them set the couch up.

It only took a few minutes before Jess stopped and stood up, wiping her brow with a hand a few shades darker than it had been before. "Whew, man, is it just me or is it suddenly hot in here?"

Anna smiled and nodded at Will who subtly moved to block off the exit, beginning to change as he did so. Anna turned back to Jess, "No, it's you. You see, you've been chosen to become the first Praetorian for my mate and I, and you are currently feeling the effects of the transformation as you change into your new form."

Jess looked at her, wordlessly moving her mouth for a few moments before finally regaining her voice, "What?! Are you insane? What the hell does any of that mean?" She turned to run, only to shriek as she saw William in his Emperor form. Rendered mute by the sight in front of her, she slowly backed up until she felt herself run into two large bumps. Gulping, she turned around, only to be met by the visage of Anna's Empress form.

Anna opened her mouth and for the first time, spoke in English while she was transformed. "Not so fast, ****, no need to alert the neighbors yet. Why don't you keep that pretty mouth of yours shut until we decide to put it to a better use?" Her voice came out as a sibilant hiss, almost hypnotic, and Jess only distantly felt her mouth snap shut, so focused on hearing more of the beautiful sound, before starting as a deeper, growling voice sent vibrations through her.

"Kneel before your gods, ****." Jess dropped to her knees in awe of the power the beings before her wielded so casually.

William made his way over to Anna. "She is progressing nicely, the blending looks to be about right for someone of her caste, and I can certainly get behind enhancing her tits and ass like that."

Anna smirked, and with a faux simper replied, "Only the best for you, my Emperor."

William favored her with a genuine smile before softly claiming her lips. "And only the best for you, my Empress," he said, before roughly biting down on her neck, causing her to gasp, "As long as I'm the only one for you." She looked at him coyly before flicking her eyes towards their new guard. Laughing, William amended his statement. "Only man for you, of course. Far be it for me to deny you the delights of sapphic pleasure." She batted her eyes at him, and he gave a deep laugh, "However, as much as I could simply love you forever, that does not a hive make, and I must confess to being rather eager to take our newest member for a spin," he said while favoring her with a roguish smirk and wink.

Heaving a put-upon sigh, Anna smiled and shooed him towards the kneeling form of Jess, who was almost completely transformed into a stunningly sleek and sexy praetorian, looking at them with awe and subservience. He grinned at her and moved in, saying, "Now then, I believe it is time for you to swear your allegiance to your gods."
