Jane tosses the coin again

After a pause, Jane takes the coin and tosses it. She looks at the result.

“Heads,” she says. “Give me the number, I’m texting him.”

Carrie passes her phone across. “It’s in contacts. Antoine. Keep us in the loop. Let us know how you get on.”

“I will,” Jane says. “I’m not going to let you two get away. I better head back to work, it’s evening service time. I’ll text him on my way there and see what the deal is.”

With that she gets up and starts to get dressed. Then she kisses you and Carrie on the mouth and she leaves the bedroom. You hear the front door close.

“So what now?” Carrie asks.
