Investigate the computer

Not planning to wait around for someone to come into the room Lara wanted to see if she could restore her functions using the maintenance computer so moving past the doll in front of her she could see on the screen it was displaying all the info on the damaged doll, it was unit TS1043 and needed a replacement arm due to fall damage it said in a comment at the bottom, also on screen were a list of the dolls functions that were all currently listed as offline, ok all i should need to do is disconnect this doll, plug myself in and activate my functions then i can get out of here.

Disconnecting the cables from the damaged doll which after a few seconds moved away to join the rest of the dolls in the room, Lara then connected them to her own collar and looked at the screen which started to scroll a list of functions and error messages, excited to think her plan might actually work she began to wonder how she was going to get home but as soon as the diagnostic list finished loading the computer in her collar spoke again [Unit RR0759 Connected... **** To Diagnostic Station Confirmed... Powering Down Unit...] "oh shi..." she tried to say as her body stopped moving, crap i should have suspected this would happen when that doll moved without orders she thought, before she had time to try asking the maintenance computer anything Lara heard a door open and two men talking.

"what the hell is this old thing doing here" Lara heard one of the men say, "dunno check the work order" the other said, with her head still pointing at the screen Lara could see the man when he leaned in to read the display, he had a medium build and was wearing a dark blue jumpsuit, he scrolled through the list on screen for a minute before checking the comments section at the bottom which read "Discontinued Model, All RR Unit Bodies Are To Be Recycled And Collars Repurposed" no no no no no Lara thought starting to panic as the men began to discuss what to do with her.

Lara was trying hard to focus on there conversation as one of them wanted to put her collar on a standard TS servant doll and the other wanted to scrap her completely to save time since there was no specific work order for this doll but Lara couldn't concentrate fully as she was remembering what happens when her body gets separated into two or more parts, last time it happened when Abby played a trick on her, she tried to return to normal but found she couldn't until about seventy percent of her was together, suddenly one of the men clapped his hands together snapping Lara out of her day dream "ok that's what we will do then" he said, silently chastising herself for not paying attention Lara wondered what they were going to do to her.
