Chapter 5 by AttenTen AttenTen

Can Texas keep up this moment or does Georgia gain the upper hand?

Texas gets a little too cocky

The crowd was alight with excitement as Texas darted around the ring, dodging Georgia's clumsy swings with ease and peppering in a few good punches of her own. Georgia's previous boast from before was more than a little exaggerated. In truth, she spent no more time in the ring than Texas did and most of that time was spent annihilating smaller opponents while going out of her way to avoid any tough fights that the promoters offered her. Not that they particularly minded it. Georgia's appeal for the audience was in watching her find new and entertaining ways to dismantle her foes. It was her talent for cruelty that made her a natural fit for the sport.

The day Georgia saw Texas's name on the card in the backroom, she could barely contain her glee. It was perfect. She would not only get to indulge in one of her favorite pastimes, but she would get to beat down her long time enemy in front of a crowd of cheering fans; and she would get _paid _for it! It was like a dream come true for the former deputy. That made her all the more enraged as the match went nothing like she envisioned. All around her she could hear the crowd chanting for Texas, rooting for her to keep up the fight and get an upset victory over her larger opponent. That along with the weasels cocky grin eat away at her ability to think straight as she continuously charged at Texas only to be countered time and time again.

In contrast, Texas was having a ball. Weeks of being on the wrong end of a beating had began to take its toll on her self-esteem and it felt gratifying to embarrass Georgia in front of the same crowd that saw her as nothing more than a punching bag. Every so often she would stop to hotdog at the crowd a bit, raising her fist or cupping a hand to her ear to her ear and receiving a cheer in response. This would prove to be a fatal error on her part. After delivering a dropkick to Georgia's back, she bounced onto the top turnbuckle and got the crowd on their feet with another taunt. She was so caught up in the moment that she didn't notice that Georgia had charged again until the mare was a few feet away from her. She tried to leap out of the way, but Georgia managed to latch onto her ankle with her giant hand.

Georgia wasted no time. The last ten minutes of running around had gotten her so heated that she didn't even think of taunting the weasel for her slip-up. With a frightening growl, she slammed Texas into the center of the ring, immediately bringing a halt to the vocal support she was getting from the crowd. She didn't stop there. With her hand still gripped tight around the weasel's ankle she lifted her up and slammed her on the opposite side. She repeated this action several times, letting out all the anger she had built up during the match.

After two minutes, the mare had no more anger left in her and she stopped to catch her breath. She shook her head, her better senses returning to her now that she had calmed down. 'Damn... I really gotta work on this temper of mine...' she thought to herself. She looked around the crowd and smirked to see them in an awed silence. She then turned her attention to Texas, raising her up by the leg and snickering at what she saw. The sheriff was battered and bruised, her costume in tatters from the constant **** it endured. The cocky look on her face was gone and in its place was a look of weary nervousness, much like how she looked when the fight had started.

"You should wear that look more often. It suits you" the mare said with a grin. Texas could only answer back with a whimper, much to Georgia's delight. "You got the shine on me, Texas. Got the crowd real worked up. Now, it's my turn..."

What does Georgia have planned for Texas?
