Forge an alien mother

He clicked his fingers and watched as the lower half of her body began to fuse together, growing longer and longer, the thick cylinder that was becoming her new tail a foot in radius alone. It snaked around the kitchen island, three, four times until it was almost thirty feet in length and twice the thickness of his body. Then, the flesh-covered tail began to harden, as the excess flab soon turned to powerful corded muscle, defined veins running over the length of it. Finally the tail grew a layer of polished black scales, silver on the underbelly, each as tough as diamonds and strong as steel.

His mother slithered over to him. As she leaned in for a peck on the cheek, John clicked his fingers again and watched as the scales crept up her back and formed a solid black cobra hood over her face, her eyes becoming two glowing red orbs divided by a slitted pupil. Her tongue brushed his cheek as it became long and forked. Her teeth sharpened and her canines became prominent fangs, connected to the ducts just above her lip that held a potent venom.

"Good morning, sssweetie. Have a good sssleep?"

"Not really, mom," he admitted, watching her reptilian face fall in disappointment. "I had a really weird dream that kept me awake all night. Now I'm not feeling too good."

She pouted and crossed her arms - snap! - all four pairs of them across her chest. "Well, my heat sssensorsss are sssaying that you're abnormally warm right now, maybe it would be bessst to keep you home today."

John grinned. "I think that would be wonderful, mom."

"I'll jussst call in sssick at work ssso I can properly look after you."

He faked a groan of pain. "No, I think I need your special care right now!"

He clicked his fingers once more, and made his mother rush with heat. Her pupils dilated. "Yesss, of courssse. You need ssspecial attention right away."
