Lara Croft is an English archaeologist and the titular tomb raider (though we feel we should mention real life Archaeology doesn't actually involve plundering artifacts from ancient civilizations...). Anyway, after surviving a Plane Crash at the age of 21, Lara became bored with the stifling atmosphere of British aristocracy and left her pampered life for a life of adventure and mystery, uncovering many powerful relics, and stopping several conspiracies that threatened the world.

The Lara of this timeline apparently discovered the Ark of the Covenant before the events of the first TR, as well as other artifacts like the Atlantean Scion, the Dagger of Xian and the Spear of Destiny among others.

The original Lara differs from the others in that she isn't exactly the nicest of persons. Though the enemies she faces are more often than not dangerous, she tends to show little restraint in killing anything that stands in her way and can be quite a jerkass in some instances.

Some trivia on her: She's the Countess of Abbingdon, born on February 14. She stands at 5'9'' (175 cm) and weights 132 lbs (59.9 kg), has dark brown hair and sports a pair of impressive D cup-sized breasts.

For ease of creating a more proportionate body, the original Lara model will be that of Angel of Darkness, at age 35.
