Mileena is a clone of Kitana, Princess of Edenia. Created by Shang Tsung's sorcery using Tarkatan physiology, her most distinct feature is definitely her large mouth, rimmed with long and sharp teeth. On top of that, she also has large orange, cat-like eyes. However, she usually keeps the sight of her grisly mouth hidden by using veils on the lower part of her face and wearing very revealing outfits that would distract others from focusing on her mouth.

Mileena believes herself to be the rightful owner and ruler of Edenia and wishes to kill her "sister" to set things straight. That covers most versions of her, but there are some variations between them; we only need to know which one you prefer.
