Ann needed a plan for her investigation tomorrow. If the targets were girls, then the culprit was almost certainly male. That narrowed down the possibilities somewhat. Alternatively, the easiest thing to do would be to investigate one of the newer clubs and see if they were doing anything out of the ordinary.
