Preparation Recess

We all left the classroom and as the recess was only 10 minutes long i had to be quick, i waited for Scarlet outside but she left the classroom with the cute girls so i had to talk to them - they were talking with each other about some stuff related to the sex ed class and to get Scarlet's attention i said "Hey, i need to talk to you" this caused all of them to look at me so now i had to talk with them, Scarlet walked to me and gave me a big hug right in front of the other girls - i just chuckled as i stared akwardly at the other girls, Ellie said jokingly "I thought you two were going to kiss right there..." the other girls laughed and Scarlet broke the hug to turn arouns and say playfully "I would have done it if you weren't here" the girls giggled and as it was getting akward i decided to say to May "Hey, great job with the presentation May... i learned a lot about pregnancy today thanks to you" she smiled and replied with her normal friendly tone "Thank you André, i was very nervous to talk about it but i'm glad you enjoyed it... i-" her sentence was cut off by Daisy who said "Wait why did you call him André and not Dre? Don't you remember we all have nicknames now?" May giggled and said softly "Well is just that i like his name and i prefer calling him André, also i don't want to be the only one without a nickname so i would call all of you with your original names" we all laughed a big and then i said "Is fine Daisy, you can all call me whatever you want, the nicknames thing was just to get some variation in our conversations and to be honest... i think Daisy is better than just Day, i mean i like the nickname a lot but your name is just so cute, like it really represents who you are, Daisy..." she flushed a little and tried saying something back but she only stuttered a few words that basically said "Thank you" - she got all nervous and i chuckled as i thought it was funny but then May continued saying "Well, as i was saying... i'm glad you enjoyed our work, we put a lot of effort into it and i really love talking about this, i don't know if it was too boring though, was it?" I replied playfully "Oh not at all... i really enjoyed it and i payed attention as you seem to have a lot of passion and interest in this topic... is like i wanted to learn about pregnancy just from how you talked about it..." she giggled and with a joking tone she said "Well thank you, i hope you could use that information you learned in the future... you know, since you have Scarlet as your girlfriend you could maybe practice some of the stuff i talked about..." there was a small silence before an abrupt laughter from all of the girls, even Scarlet was laughing at May's joke - i was shocked that she actually joked about that, i didn't even laugh as i froze while thinking Did she seriously just make a joke about me getting Scarlet pregnant? I know May makes a lot of jokes and everything but i think that's too far... i mean, why would she say that in front of Scarlet?? Getting her pregnant when we have only dated for less than a week??!! That's insane!... well, is very tempting yeah... but way too soon, not a cool joke May. Of course i wasn't going to say anything about her joke, o just chuckled "Too soon May..." and let it go as another one of May's jokes, although this one was a bit too much - Scarlet was flushing a little but she also let it slide and we didn't talk about it, i mean it would have been akward to talk about pregnancy with her this early on our relationship but there was always a possibility.

After that joke and a little more laughing and said to Scarlet "Alright we have to go to prepare for our presentation..." we both walked away and we made sure that the girls didn't follow us so we could get a bit of privacy, still as we walked away i heard May shout to us "Don't spend too long kissing, remember we have another class in 7 minutes!!" I just chuckled and ignored her but i heard how Daisy and Ellie laughed with her from far behind us, i looked at Scarlet and she sighed "Uggh May, you are always like that..." i chuckled and said playfully to her "Yeah, she is very friendly and makes a lot of jokes but it's cool... i don't mind them, do you?" She replied "No, i actually like when she jokes around and i really love her for her sense of humor but is just that it makes me nervous when she makes jokes about us..." i chuckled again and said back "Yeah i think she does it with the hest intentions though... she seems genuinely happy for us and that's like her way of showing her support for our relationship... i think is cute and i also love how silly she is, even when she makes all those jokes, i think she is funny and..." Scarlet interrupted me as she said with like a fake concerned voice "You think she is cute and you said that you love her???" I laughed as i knew she was just joking around and she wasn't actually jealous of May but i still explained myself in case she was "No, i mean... o said i love her sense of humor like you said, she has such a great personality and i honestly think that makes her such a good friend..." she smiled and said "Yes, i do think she is the best friend ever and she had a great presentation... speaking of which, how are we going to beat them?"

I chuckled and replied "Yes, i had exactly that in mind... alright so here is the plan, we start with the introduction where we have to say our names and do all of the usual stuff that an introduction has, then..." we started discussing about how we were going to do the presentation, we got all the main points clear and we were able to organize everything so we would have a flawless presentation - i was going to talk more than her but i was fine with that, right after we finished assigning and rehearsing our lines the bell rang and we returned to the classroom.
