Power up the ship, and wait for Leia

The device allows you to open and activate the ship. Your more base instincts encourage you to simply take the spaceship and leave, but you decide to wait for your new ally.

You wait, and wait, and wait, but there's no sign of Leia. It's been 40 minutes and you are certain that if she's not coming now, she won't be coming at all, when suddenly you hear blaster fire. You look out of the cockpit to see Leia sprinting towards you as fast as she can in the sand. She waves her hands and yells "take off!" as she leaps into the craft.

You see an army of Durga's guards behind her, and Durga's desert skiffs beginning to leave the palace and fly towards your position. You don't hesitate, you grab the throttle and lift the craft into the skies before punching the close-door button, trusting that Leia had made it into the craft.

A few seconds later you hear her heavy breaths behind you as she flops into the copilot's chair.

"I was beginning to think you wouldn't make it," you say with a wry smile. She does not respond.

You spin around to see tears on her face.

"That slug killed Han. He killed him. I almost made it out... but..."

She slumps into her chair and weeps. You fly the ship as far from Tatooine as possible, giving her time to recuperate, before she gives you directions towards her Rebel Rendezvous point.
