Chapter 28 by Admira Admira

Yay pizza! Hm? Oh yeah, drama and demons and shit, that's bad

Pizza Party Revelations

After some... Experimental modifications to Taylor's car, we made good time. Forty-five minutes instead of an hour.

This led to some awkwardness when we ran in to the pizza guy on the stairs. He paused in putting away his payment and turned bright red when he saw me. Oh! It's the same guy from last time we got pizza.

I let the others pass, then stopped on the steps above him. I dropped my glamour then leaned forward to give pizzaboy a show. I gripped both ankles and gave him my best smoldering look I could over my shoulder, lifting my tail to reveal my glistening pussy and winking asshole.

He dropped his bag and stood on the landing with a dazed look on his face, jaw moving soundlessly. "Bwuh."

I giggled at him and straightened up. With a wink and a blown kiss I ran upstairs giddy at teasing that guy again. He was kinda cute, in that tall and lanky way...

My bubbly feelings popped at Taylor waiting, eyebrow raised and foot tapping. "You have fun teasing that poor man?" Her lip twitched.

I bounced and posed with my hands at my back, swaying cutely. "I sure did! You should have seen his face! Mmph~ That dazed look of lust and disbelief sent tingles running through me." I got lost in a daydream of teasing a braver man or seven. Hehe!

Taylor grabbed a horn and pulled me into the doorway. "While you enjoyed those tingles of yours, we had another scared young man in here waiting for you."

Right! In need to be serious. I faced Trevor, hunched forward at my dinky table with Gwen at his side. Regina and Emmy organized the distribution of Pizza in the background.

I bowed my head in apology. "I'm sorry Trevor. The whiplash from your situation got me emotional." Hmm, now that I see him in person he kinda has a nerdy twink vibe to him. Wait! No, bad Morgan.

He spoke up. "No it's my fault for approaching you in this way, I'm sorry for any problems I caused." Now that he was calm, his voice and expression were odd, I could see his sincerity in his weird Aura, but he seemed almost robotic. Like he was wearing a mask.

"Hmm. Hold still. I'm gonna check something." He froze. Gwen rolled her eyes at me and put an arm around his shoulders.

I looked deeper than I usually bother with my Aura sight. Trevor's Aura was mostly normal at a glance, maybe duller and more subdued than others. However, when I took in the whole room, everyone's Auras mingled at the edges, while his stayed withdrawn. Even Gwen's Aura avoided touching his like oil and water.

Now, I'm hardly an expert on Aura reading, and I can't get much advice from Taylor because she sees things completely differently. But usually people's Auras mingle whenever they get close, even total strangers and people who hate or are apathetic to each other still interact at the Aura level.

"Uhm, can I ask what you're doing? It feels very... Intimate." He blushed and laced his fingers together over his groin. Gwen smirked and draped herself over him. He didn't pull away from her. Hmm?

I tilted my head and toned down my Sight. "What did you feel?"

"It was like you were holding me under a magnifying glass. Or maybe like being X-rayed?" He scrunched up his face. "It was uncomfortable but not unpleasant, if that makes sense?"

I rubbed my chin. This was kinda exciting, like a puzzle! "There's definitely something weird with your Aura." I held up a hand, a flash of light appeared. Gwen blinked at the light but Trevor just seemed confused.

"I have a theory. What do you see above my hand?" A radiant banner embossed with 'Gwen has a crush~' in shiny calligraphy made my bunny blush and shift away from Trevor. He just looked between us in confusion.

"Kind of a mirage? Was I supposed to see something?" Now he looked slightly frustrated.

I summoned a blue ball of flame, he flinched back. I think I get it now.

"Did you ever get tested for Autism or any other social or learning disability?"

His voice grew bitter. "A few times. They never could pick out what exactly was wrong with me." He glared down at his lap. "Why?"

"I think you're completely immune to illusions and any magic that affects the mind. Including the passive effects of Auras."

"Auras?"

Regina interjected. "Come on! The pizzas getting cold. Explain while we eat." Emmy facepalmed and Taylor started weaving a rope behind her.

I sighed. "She's right, I can explain the rest later. Let me fix the table." I snapped my fingers for effect and my cheap fold up table turned into a solid wood work of art worthy of a three star restaurant!

Emmy set out plates and served drinks while everyone grabbed a few slices. We dug in.

Trevor in particular wolfed down half a pizza on his own, before he looked up at me.

"Explain what an Aura is." His eyes gained an intensity that overwhelmed his robotic expression and made Gwen sit up and pay attention.

Okay, now where to start...

Mhmm! This pizza is really good for the west coast.
