Pancakes, Anne such a great kitchen princess. I received a message from Anne. 'I got a quest in the same vein as the message you had, but more complex. The short version is that she needs to accept that she is our pet. Walk naked, no longer eat human food, no sleeping in bed, pet by at least 5 people and Heat Cycle I perk. That is the long version. In adition the reward is delayed by a week and includes a fucking mansion.'

My reaction is best described as cool. Let's get that done. Thanks for everything, and for which class do you want a quest? Ohh man, coming out of a grumpy morning didn't help my texting. She sends me: 'Hacker am I not the perfect maid already (・ω<)?' I reply thumbs-up. She sends it back. 'Pieter you are my boyfriend, please flirt back if you can. I google cutesy, sorry for your love. I find: 'I will try better <3. See you tonight. '3' <3.' Seems good, I will send that. Her reply is 'Thank you, Maria, it was cute.' Come on, I looked that one up. Did she just bring up Maria for no good reason?

I cycle to work slightly early anticipting news of a puppy playing pretend and needing time to compensate. Arriving early did not stop Robin from making a group chat where she updates us on her quest to be a puppy in public. With the other quest Anne has, I don't want to give her too many quests that are adjacent to it. I am, however, not sure if she is up to a naked walk. Even if public Unawareness is on. She seems to be taking to this, though. She will likely send updates every once in a while. I'd better check only during lunch or if Anne has a question/update.

As I walk in, Jessica commends me on my cleaning last night and says, "As long as you leave it that clean or cleaner. You can leave when you are done, and I will consider you having worked a full day." I nod and get to work.

Knowing that Roos's Petplay messages are there, I choose to try to make an active effort to pay attention while doing the food prep. Wouldn't want to get hurt, now would we? As I do, I see a dangerous situation brewing. "Roy, right, please keep more distance. Eventually, you bump into each other, the way you keep moving to Maria." He nods. Maria blushes. Okay, I need to be wary of Maria not getting wind of the fact that I am in trouble. She will want in Anne is right to be wary, I think.

Roy, on the other hand, keeps doing dumb things. Handing people knives blade first, trying to juggle them, more tricks with knives, playing with the burners, and more. Each time I reprimand him, I make a list to hand Jessica. She saunters in as I am giving my 15th reprimand, and yes, I have indeed been keeping track. She says: "You either improve your own sense of danger and listen to Pieter, or one of two things happens, one, you get hurt drastically or two, I fire you. You pick which of those options you enjoy the most." He looks shocked as he realises I am actually a superior, or at least that his actions have consequences. Soon after the theatrics, they leave for the first catering warm pre-cooked food in the back of the van.

I take a quick look at Roos's messages, each a longer video of her playing with the pup. None of her playing with another human but that will come. I unsilence the chat as I clean. Last bit and new messages start pouring in. Fuck it, I finish it. Cool, that would mean Roos is as good as done. Oh, one is that you can give a new quest to Anne. I will get on that.

We have a discussion, and I decide to give in. Because Anne makes a good point that a lapdog probably includes more playful options as opposed to the service-oriented herd dog. Fine, I'll make a compromise on lapdog. I send as much in the groupchat.

I go do some prep work, but that is soon interrupted as Anne is sending me a message. Panicked that I need to pick rewards now? Wait, she also did her quest by a factor of 500... ohh shit, either I underestimated the difficulty of a large programming company, or more likely they didn't expect an attack from within. One more reason to be careful of fishing, one ID and password leak and the entire thing becomes a sieve.

Hmmm, I will level up Wealthy to give me more money, wait, that revealed Golden Touch [S], okay, grabbing that. Birth Control to level 3 makes that 4. It didn't unlock anything yet.... last one goes to max out clothes Normaliser, no one can stop her wearing whatever I want in that case. Send. Now add Robotosist to Roos and done. I think before the messages of Roos begging for advice drip in.

Anne has an evolution for her hacker class. I try to explain best I can, what things are. 'Real life hacker, likely will unlock things from a living virus. Viral wonder seems the result of the interaction of the two perks. Golden programmer is the result of golden touch. Master manipulator seems like the result of a basic hacker. Porn deliverer idk where it comes from, maybe something you did. My pick would be Real Life Hacker. She goes with my suggestion according to the app. But that is because a second evolution is immediately available for the maid. Only money-related ones and a default head maid option. It isn't like I expected the virus to interact. She ends up with a maid of fortune.

Perk evolution QuestMaster unique: two copies of golden touch [S]have merged into diamond touch[Unique]. Unique skills can only ever be one. People who arrive here later will gain platinum touch [SS].

Diamond's touch [unique]: Any income is multiplied by 20. Investments always pan out the best way they can. Investments in new things affect old investments, increasing their outcome and value exponentially. Anything results in the best outcome. Things done to harm you financially or in a social context end up harming the aggressor. This perk is applied to your family and servants.

Wait, my class can evolve? Must be hidden behind a bunch of achievements that will come naturally if I use my class wisely. First money. Because my god diamond touch is not just some overpowered financial perk, but just overpowered luck. My luck became max. It is saying I can't roll lower than a 20 on any d20 roll. My god how will this affect the world around me? When Jessica comes back, I will invest here immediately. Also, my stock portfolio must be looking juicy. Yep, it is, and a bank account as well. I can buy a big house with what is in my account. I'd better get myself an accountant. Wouldn't want to overspend and not be able to pay taxes on this stuff.

I make a few calls. I have a meeting with the same company that does Jessica's and the company's. I asked for tomorrow to have a meeting with them and to sign me becoming co owner. She agrees. I look into ways to invest in sustainable start-ups in the Netherlands. I finfoundfew start-up hubs from Dutch universities. Her work in panic about her hacking. She asks if I am going to be home early. I tell her what Jessica told me. And whilst I don't receive any specific response, that must mean she is cooking something up in her mind. I decide to let her be. But remember to increase my fertility whilst I am on my phone.

I continue with my prep, still in a giddy mood. Jan shuffles in. He is early on his phone in uniform.... I do the same, as long as he doesn't touch a knife with it in his hand. I roll my eyes and continue. When I am grabbing new ingredients, he is on his phone, holding a knife. "Jan, either you put your phone away or the knife. No distractions when doing dangerous things." He continues as he turns around. "Jan, knife down on the workbench now," I demand, kind of pissed off. He continues still. I take his phone and press the hand holding the knife to the workbench. "Let go of the knife NOW. I am one of the people responsible for safety, and man, don't you forget it." He looks in shock, seeing how pissed I am getting, finally lets go for the knife. "Jan, I don't want to see you get hurt. I hope neither do you. But that means that when I say put down your knife you put it down. For your safety as well as that of others."

He starts stammering and asking for his phone. I don't give it back. "End of your shift, man. You were glued to your screen, you were typing, it was as if you could not control yourself with it." Might be hypocritical with how often I check my phone these days. But I get my work done and do it safely. He isn't.

I text Jessica the situation, she will probably see it inher office, but still a paper trail. I hand her Jan's phone. She looks at him. "Jan, did you really start to cut things whilst typing on your phone?" He nods. "Did you really not listen when Pieter when he told you to put down the knife twice?" He nods. "Did Pieter need to use **** for you to listen and put down the knife?" He nods. "Then I agree that you shouldn't have access to your phone during working hours. Today I keep it, tomorrow make sure neither Pieter nor I see it. Understood?" A final nod follows.

Roy leaves his shift over, but Jan might be worse in terms of boundaries. I tell him off numerous times. I go to Jessica to complain. "Jan has no sense of boundaries, safety, etc. When does his contract end? He can't have another. I am afraid Maria or some other girl we hire might end up assaulted. He won't pull that crap with you, but..." I can't finish my sentence as a scream is heard from the kitchen.

We rush in to find a burned Marie and Jan with his hands on her breast. I look at Jessica. "I borrowed your car and brought them to the GP. These burns require serious attention, but not ER, I think. You prepare statements from everyone for the report."

I put Jan in the front seat, and Maria behind him. "You, Jackass, groping a woman without consent, bad, dumb, idiotic. Doing that whilst she is frying things..... is asking to kill someone, you are lucky as far as I can tell." The doctor's office says yeah just go to the ER. We can't help here. We continue, and I find out that Maria will likely have permanent burns, the same for Jan. I feel bad for Maria; she is an innocent victim. Jan got his just desserts. With Character Editor, I could probably fix those, or if not, one of the higher-level ones can. I would need to check with Anne, though.

As I am waiting for them to finish treatment, I get a text. 'Hey, do you want to go with us to the Wonderous World of Pleasure, the erotic shop?' I don't feel like it. But more importantly, I would just end up buying the entire store. I think about what to text so as not to put a damper on their fun for now. Jan looks at the floor in shame more than panic.

Maria nods and asks if I can call the police to meet us at work. I do. There is no hurry; they come, have a conversation, look at the statements provided by the rest of the staff, and look at Jan. "You also admit this, sir?" He nods. "I need it verbally, if you can, with your wounds. If not, we can ask you to come by the station."

He says out loud: "Yes, I grabbed Maria's breast whilst she was frying somthing resulting in both of us getting burns. I should have thought the better of it at the time. Pieter, the BHV had already warned me of my dangerous behaviour. He had already punished me for said behaviour. As he left to have a talk about it with the owner. The two looked shocked at the detailed description but admitted it lines up with the accident report. They leave. If he repeats it, they will lock him up, but now, he seems to have regret and not be a risk. He will have to appear in court, and the judge or judges assigned to his case will give judgment. But given the regret, etc. He might get away with community service.

As they were talking, I cleaned the place to perfection. Even the oil, which was a nightmare to remove. Filmforming polymer bulshit. But I get it cleaned. As they finish up, I say: "Jan, you are suspended until Jessica messages you are not. Maria, you can go home early and call in sick tomorrow if you need to. I still have Jessica's car available so I can bring you home if you want." Jan nods understanding as I hand him his phone.

Maria instead asks: "Can I come home with you?"

I look at my phone and see the messages from the girls running in. I give Anne a quick call. A shocked woman quickly agrees. She doesn't like seeing people injured as well. "You are by car, I believe?" She nods. "I will drive you to my place, but don't be shocked by my girlfriends."

"Girlfriends?"

"Anne wanted to include my childhood friend Roos. I know she has been pining over me on and off for ages, and I never let it happen.... but Anne convinced me to give it a try." She looks hungrier, more lustful. "You like the idea of me with multiple women?"

Her eyes open wide. "You never notice anything. How do you know?" She says accusatively.

"Not, not noticing, not letting myself listen to it. Afraid to get swept up misunderstand. Kind of what happened to Jan. I retroactively now notice a lot that I missed both in my own emotions and those of others. Anne has tried to get me more into my emotions, or I have. I don't know, being in a relationship removed a break I thought I needed. But I will never feel the need to act on those lusty, horny needs with other women than the ones at home." I think aloud.

I can practically hear her jaw hit the floor. "You were repressing your emotions this whole time?"
