Public discourse is centered entirely on who these thieves are... How they do what they do... And whether their actions are as moral as they present themselves.

And if that wasn't polarizing enough-- Now there seems to be a rise in indecency! Individuals suddenly abandoning their clothing and modesty! What's brought this on?!
