Where's an Orb landing?

The orb has come to find itself in the world of Shadows and Conceptual science. At at times in the possession of those that might use it for their own purposes. And as it drifted through the sky, it seemed to aim itself towards a large city on an Island Nation.

The Phantom Thieves had succeeded over their enemies, twice now actually(or maybe more... where does Persona Q2 fit into this?). Unfortunately for them, there were still forces attempting to control and subvert the nature of the world and the hearts of others. So thus far their job wasn't entirely over.

And this strange artifact, gifted from beyond and born of science and sorcery could what these unseen foes needed to move things along faster. Or perhaps a way to increase the abilities of the thieves, to stand against these threats.

And that's if one of those sides finds it. Perhaps a supporting character finds it, or someone completely removed..., or maybe even someone from the Velvet Room?
