Chapter 4 by JohnLocke4 JohnLocke4

Who do we keep with?

Party Planners

Leaving the cafeteria, Brian and Nicole went left while JJ, Juliet, and Quinn headed right. Brian glanced back, waiting until the trio turned down another hall heading to the gymnasium, and he finally broke into a smile and blew out a quick exhale, "Jesus Christ, that was fucking rough,"

"I told you not to let Juliet know what you were doing," Nicole nonchalantly replied, "If you talked to Avery later, she'd never have found out about your generous 'donation' to his parents."

"First off, I did try and talk to him before she got there," Brian pointed out, "Just got some poor luck with her showing up midway through. And second, she bought the donation thing; she has no clue I paid them to rent out the whole place. I mean, they were really nice to try and set this whole thing up, but this thing needs to be the party, not a party. You know?"

Nicole glanced over with a grin, "Fuck yeah, we only graduate once, and this party is important! Lasting memories are going to be made; I'm making sure of that."

"Hey, so am I! I made sure Devin and White Glass are playing the music, I paid extra so they could hire extra catering staff, and even paid the places around them to secure parking spaces. I'm going all out here, Nicole!" Brian exclaimed,

"I can tell, but I'm not talking about the party being the lasting memory," Nicole slyly replied,

"Oh?" Brian's eyebrow raised, "So you're thinking of giving me a lasting memory, huh?"

"You wish," Nicole giggled, "We've been down that road before."

"Yeah, but that was like, what? Three months ago now?" Brian thought back to the party at Gwen's mansion earlier that year; it had ended in just the right way, where both he and Nicole ended up without anyone at the end of it, so they ended up in a spare bedroom. "I think once more would really iron in that memory,"

Nicole gave Brian a light elbow, "Keep it in your pants; you're not my focus tonight," The pair turned the corner at the end of the hallway and picked up speed as they found Gwen midway down that hall at her locker, stuffing the final few things inside, into her book bag. "Gwen!" Tall, slim, and with a model's figure, Gwen Pace was an exotic girl. With multi-collared green and blue hair and sharp blue eyes, she wasn't what anyone would expect out of a rich girl. She never was interested in cheerleading, her grades, or even being known as popular; Gwen only ever cared about having a good time, hence her immediate connection to Nicole Moore.

Brian took a few seconds to admire the heiress, her side profile giving him the perfect view to fully admire Gwen's round and voluptuous ass. There were a lot of girls in the school, tons that Brian had been with and wanted to be with, but none of them held a candle when it came to Gwen's perfectly sculpted rear end. But as she began to turn, Brian acknowledged the extremely loose-fitting top she had on; a reminder to him that once you got close enough to Gwen and stepped past her confident exterior, you'd be met with near-crippling anxiety she had for her small A-cups.

"Nikki," Gwen smiled, "I was wondering how long it was going to take you to come to find me today. I figured I'd at least get my locker cleaned out first," She teased,

"No way! Today is too important to wait on! We have to talk and start planning immediately," Nicole and Brian closed the gap between them and Gwen. "Tonight needs to go off without a hitch."

"You keep telling me that, but I still have no idea what hitch you're expecting." Gwen crossed her arms, leaning against the lockers. "Have you ever known me to throw a bad party?"

"It's not the party that can go wrong. It's who is going to be there," Nicole slyly replied, "I have two people that I need to make sure have the smoothest, happiest night. And you're going to help make sure that happens,"

"What the hell are you talking about, Nicole?" Brian asked with a confused shake of his head,

Nicole glanced over to the blonde, "Sorry, Bry, this isn't something you're meant to know about." Brian raised a brow, "It's an A and B conversation," Nicole motioned between Gwen and herself, "So, C your way out."

Brian scoffed and shared a short, lighthearted laugh, "Fine, fine, you don't want to tell me about your big secret plan? I won't pry," Brian then looked over to Gwen, "You talk anymore with Henry?"

Gwen shook her head, "Not since last night."

Brian let out a groan, "Dammit, he better not screw us over,"

"Hey, Brian!" The trio snapped to attention as a fourth voice suddenly called out,

"Ah, and speak of the devil," Nicole glanced back, spotting the teen in question, Henry Carter, jogging down the hallway towards them. With a mop of wavy blonde hair, deep green eyes, and a fit athletic build, it was easy to see that Henry was an athlete. A goalie for the hockey team, he was decent at his position but didn't care for it as much as the rest of his teammates. Instead, his focus was always on the party scene.

"Henry! Excellent, I almost thought you were ditching me there for a second," Brian chuckled as he reached to the blonde teenager, putting a hand on his back and leading him onward, "C'mon, let's have a talk about where you're supposed to park to sneak in the extra drinks for everyone." Brian grinned, and Henry immediately nodded, "The girls have their own planning to do."

While Brian and Henry walked off, Gwen brought her full attention back to Nicole, "Okay, the boys are gone; what is this big secret plan you need my help with anyway?"

"Anna and Kenny," Nicole spoke in a hushed voice, but her smile was ear-to-ear,

"What? Are they fucking?" Gwen asked back with a confused, exasperated laugh through her nose,

"Please, getting Clark and Anna out of their heads long enough to get them in a room alone together would take me fucking months," Nicole laughed, "And that's the problem. They need a wake-up call. Anna has been so freaking depressed about Eric moving away and breaking up that I just can't take it anymore. So I've pulled together a surprise for her."

"And...it's...Kenny?" Gwen slowly asked back with a confused look,

"No! Oh my God, just listen," Nicole gave her eyes a toss. "I worked out a surprise for Anna tonight. I'm going to try and pull her out of this slump, but I want to help Kenny too. The guy is so nice, but he's also a fucking train wreck when it comes to girls. I want us to do a little piloting around him tonight, we keep an eye out, and when he goes to do something stupid, like probably not even realize a girl wants to dance, we step in and wake his ass up."

"I'm sorry. Are you asking me to help you be Kenny's wing girl tonight?" Nicole grinned happily at Gwen and cupped her hands, "Oh, come on, no way! Graduation night, and you want me to help land Clark a girl?"

"No, no, no, that'd be way too much to ask. All I'm asking is for you to keep an eye on him, and if we notice any opportunities that are slipping by him, we go and give him a hand." Nicole clarified,

"That sounds like way more work; I can find him a slut; that's easy,"

"Clark doesn't want a slut; he wants a girlfriend,"

"And that's supposed to be my problem?" Gwen sarcastically retorted,

"Oh come on, Gwen, pleeeeeease, it's so sad. The guy hasn't even kissed a girl yet, and I have to help Anna too; I can't do this on my own!" Nicole begged,

Gwen tossed her head back, letting out a long growl, "Uuuuugh, you suck," Nicole lit up, "Fine, I'll help out your precious little virgin tonight, but don't expect me to throw away my whole party. This is the only graduation night I'm gonna have with you fuckers,"

"Don't worry about it; it's going to go great!" Nicole assured Gwen with an eager grin, pleased that, as always, things were going her way
