Papers, Sir?

One of the five guards had a silver ornament on her chestplate. She was was a beautiful woman whose curves could barely be contained by her armor. She, unlike the lower ranked guards, wore no helmet. Her black hair was tied into a tight ponytail which nicely contrasted with her pale skin and red, plump lips. "Good evening, sir. I am Captain Claire of the city watch. What is your name?", she sounded cold. "Well, good evening to you too, captain. I am Percival Iskander Maelor Pyrion, I recently moved to this wonderful city to enjoy the ocean air and the friendly people.", my voice was honey, I hoped that charm alone would resolve whatever this is.

The captain raised an eyebrow, "Thank you, Percival Iskander Maelor Pyrion. We were notifed that a stranger exited this building, which has been standing abandoned for years. I am responsible for such paperwork inside the merchant district. I sure hope you have bought this place through the correct channels, otherwise I have to arrest you for trespassing.". Her cold tone was unwavering so far. Go figure, I couldn't expect to show up inside a building in the middle of the city and occupy it without anyone asking questions. I had to think quickly because, of course, I had no paperwork at all to prove myself the owner of this mansion.

I gave her a warm smile, "I completely understand, Captain. I assure you, everything is in order. However I am tired from wandering around all day and would prefer to go through the papers tomorrow if possible. It is tedious work, best done in pleasant company.", I added the last sentence with a subtle bow and a smile. Her cold shell cracked eeever so slightly, "I hope your papers are as perfect as your manners, Percival. I will visit tomorrow by sundown, please prepare everything. Have a pleasant evening.". With those words she left, followed by her escort of guards. I checked her out with my Gods Eye as she walked away.

'Paperwork to prove I own my personal dungeon... unbelievable.'. Her level certainly was higher than mine, but she didn't have the plethora of boosts I had and only one class. Inside my dungeon, where she would be tomorrow, she stood no chance against me with the 400% boost to my stats. I was now looking forward to her visit and, with a spring in my step, entered the dungeon. To my surprise, the lounge was already in good condition. The imps had worked hard all day and, aided by magic, completed most of the basics. I was about to sit down to recover some energy, when I remembered that the exhaustion was an effect of my current human form. I dropped it, and immediately felt energized in my original form. I stretched my limbs and tentacles, then clapped my hands, "Alright, time to prepare for the pretty Captain.". I spent most of the night and next day working on the remodeling. With the aid of my powers and my control over the dungeon, I completed the work by the next afternoon. My dungeon was finally ready. Well, almost.
