Paige greets Brooke with her friends

Brooke was at her locker still thinking about the embarrassing invasive doctor’s appointment she had. She had considered switching doctors but realized quickly that if she tried there was a high chance of Paige spreading those pictures and videos around and even if Brooke tried to sue Paige and Sharon, the damage would already be done.

“Hey, Brooke,” Paige said with a smile as Brooke closed her locker.

Paige had a few of her friends behind her. Brooke wondered how much if at all Paige had shared with her friends. “Paige…” Brooke said.

“What? No nasty remark? No wedgie? No insults?” Paige said. “How strange. It’s like you’re a completely different person.”

Brooke swallowed back some insults knowing they wouldn’t help at all in this situation.

“Damn what did you do to her, Paige?” One of her friends laughed.

“Oh…” Paige said. “I don’t think Brooke wants me to tell you, but just know that it’s pretty embarrassing for poor Brooke. I don’t think we’ll have to worry about her anytime soon.”

Paige winked at Brooke who had a bright red face causing the other girls to laugh.

“Wow, you must have really got her good then,” her friend said.

“Well… if Brooke doesn’t behave herself,” Paige said. “Then I’ll let you in on our little secret.”

The girls all laughed. Brooke realized that was it. If Brooke continued her tirade, Paige would surely share those pictures and videos.

Brooke had to be complacent if she didn’t want potentially the whole school knowing all of her secrets.
